<p><span style="font-family: Sukhumvit; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; transition: 0.1s; font-size: small; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">On August 31, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University recently hosted a strategic planning seminar aimed at fostering sustainable development. The event, organized by the university′s Academic Service Center, took place at the Soi Dao Good View Resort in Pong Nam Ron District, Chanthaburi Province. Asst. Prof. Wayakorn Udompoch, Ph.D. Vice President for Planning and Development, presided over the workshop. Participants, including administrators, faculty, and staff involved in local development, engaged in discussions on lessons learned from past projects and collaboratively developed a strategic plan for the years 2024-2027. The seminar focused on RBRU′s first strategic goal: sustainable local development. Participants explored ways to enhance development in 21 districts across Chanthaburi, Rayong, and Trat provinces. By sharing experiences and insights, attendees worked together to create a cohesive and effective strategy for the future. The workshop emphasized the importance of collective effort and innovation. Through brainstorming sessions and discussions, participants were encouraged to "Ignite the RBRU Spirit" and contribute to the university′s growth and success. The seminar also covered topics such as strategic planning, social impact assessment, and the use of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure progress. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, the seminar aligns with RBRU′s commitment to making a positive impact on the local community and environment.
