<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร จัดโครงการเสริมสร้างพลเมืองประชาธิปไตยและพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชรำไพพรรณี เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่ของรัฐสภาที่มีต่อการพัฒนาพลเมือง</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">ที่หอประชุมสิริรำไพพรรณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชรำไพพรรณี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วยากร อุดมโภชน์ รองอธิการบดี ด้านวางแผนและพัฒนา พร้อมด้วยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชูวงศ์ อุบาลี คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ให้การต้อนรับ นายวรายุทธ ทองสุข สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจังหวัดจันทบุรี พรรคประชาชน และนายปกาสิต จำเรือง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักประชาสัมพันธ์ สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ในโอกาสเปิดตัวโครงการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ตามวิถีรัฐธรรมนูญ ประจำปี 2568 จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยภายในงานมีบรรยายพิเศษและเสวนาในหัวข้อ "อุดมศึกษากับการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น" ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษา ผู้นำเยาวชน และประชาชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ<br><br>โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ที่เน้นการทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนประชาชนในการผลักดันข้อกฎหมาย การตั้งกระทู้ถาม และการทำงานในกรรมาธิการเพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในท้องถิ่น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในประเด็นที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยการปรับหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของท้องถิ่น และสร้างความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนด้วยแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับภาคท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่จะช่วยแก้ปัญหาในชุมชน<br><br>นอกจากนี้ยังมีการพูดถึงปัญหาที่สำคัญในพื้นที่ โดยนักศึกษากว่า 120 คนจากคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ได้เข้าร่วมงานและเปิดเวทีถามตอบกับสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเกี่ยวกับปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่ประชาชนและเยาวชนในท้องถิ่นให้ความสนใจ ซึ่งกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกฝ่ายร่วมมือกันในการเสริมสร้างพลเมืองที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบอบประชาธิปไตย และการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นที่ยั่งยืนตามแนวทางรัฐธรรมนูญ</p>

This collaborative effort provided a platform for all stakeholders to work together in building a citizenry that is knowledgeable and understanding of democratic principles and sustainable local development in accordance with the Constitution.</span></p>
