ร่วมเปิดมหกรรมอาหารและผลไม้ตะวันออก สนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจจันทบุรี

ที่ลานอเนกประสงค์องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรียนันท์ สิทธิจินดาร์ รองอธิการบดี ด้านกิจการพิเศษ ร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “มหกรรมอาหารและผลไม้ภาคตะวันออก จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2568” โดยงานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกูล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยนายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี ผู้แทนจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน หน่วยงานยุติธรรม และแขกผู้มีเกียรติเข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง งานมหกรรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์ศักยภาพด้านการเกษตร อาหาร และผลไม้ของภาคตะวันออก โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดจันทบุรี ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งผลิตผลไม้คุณภาพอันดับต้น ๆ ของประเทศ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจฐานราก เพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าทางการเกษตรด้วยนวัตกรรมและการแปรรูป สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างเกษตรกร ผู้ประกอบการ นักท่องเที่ยว และนักลงทุน ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจมากมาย อาทิ นิทรรศการแสดงเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร การแปรรูปอาหารและผลไม้ เวิร์กช็อปสาธิตการแปรรูปผลไม้ เช่น การทำไอศกรีมทุเรียน การแสดงวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น การจำหน่ายผลไม้สดและผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูป รวมถึงกิจกรรมเจรจาจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายผู้ผลิตและผู้ซื้ออย่างครบวงจร

Chanthaburi, Thailand – May 7, 2025] Assistant Professor Dr. Priyanan Sithijindar, Vice President for Special Affairs at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), attended the opening ceremony of the "Eastern Thailand Food and Fruit Expo 2025," held at the Chanthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization′s Multipurpose Ground. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries, and was graced by the presence of Mr. Monsit Phaisalthanawat, Governor of Chanthaburi Province, along with representatives from government agencies, the private sector, judicial bodies, and numerous distinguished guests. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University′s participation in this significant event underscores its commitment to supporting and developing the economy of Chanthaburi Province and the eastern region, particularly in the agricultural, food, and fruit sectors, where Chanthaburi is renowned as a top-quality fruit producer in Thailand. The expo features a wide array of engaging activities, including exhibitions showcasing agricultural technology and food and fruit processing innovations, workshops demonstrating fruit processing techniques unique to Chanthaburi such as durian ice cream making, local cultural performances, sales of fresh fruits and processed products, and business matching sessions to comprehensively connect producers and buyers. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University is dedicated to being a source of knowledge, fostering innovation, and playing a crucial role in driving the economic and social development of Chanthaburi Province and the eastern region. Its involvement in this expo is a clear demonstration of its commitment to these goals.
