งานเจ้าหน้าที่ กองกลาง สำนักงานอธิการบดี จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การนำเสนอและวิพากษ์ผลงานประกอบการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 (รูปแบบออนไลน์) 21 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่ห้องประชุมสามศร ชั้น 8 อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี (อาคาร 36) รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สินาด โกศลานันท์ รองอธิการบดีด้านบริหาร เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การนำเสนอและวิพากษ์ผลงานประกอบการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 (รูปแบบออนไลน์) โดยมีนางสาวอรสา อ่อนถาวร รักษาการผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานอธิการบดี กล่าวรายงาน ซึ่งโครงการอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีผลการที่แสดงถึงการเป็นผู้ชำนาญการ สำหรับการนำมาใช้ประกอบการยื่นขอประเมินเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น รวมทั้งสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปฏิบัติและถ่ายทอดแก่ผู้อื่นได้ การอบรมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนการบริการและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล พ.ศ. 2568 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการผลักดันพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีความก้าวหน้าในสายงาน โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณเรืองชัย จรุงศิรวัฒน์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนเชี่ยวชาญ มาถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อันเป็นประโยชน์ ซึ่งจะสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการสร้างบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพและส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

CHANTHABURI, May 21, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, through its Staff Affairs Section, General Affairs Division, Office of the President, successfully hosted an online workshop on "Performance Presentation and Review for Support Staff Advancement, Fiscal Year 2025." The event, held at Sarnsorn Meeting Room, 8th Floor, Office of the President Building (Building 36), was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Sinard Kosalanan, Vice President for Administration. The workshop′s core objective was to empower support staff with the skills to demonstrate their specialized expertise through their work, thereby strengthening their applications for higher positions. Participants were also equipped to apply and disseminate this valuable knowledge to their colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the university. The program featured an insightful session led by Mr. Reungchai Jarung sirawatt, an Expert Policy and Plan Analyst, who shared invaluable knowledge, techniques, and practical experience in preparing and professionally presenting performance outputs. This expertise is expected to empower participants to create high-quality, credible work. Over 16 support staff members from various departments actively participated, demonstrating their eagerness for self-development. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University′s commitment to nurturing its workforce has consistently yielded positive outcomes, with a steady increase in staff promotions and contributions to research and community engagement over the past years. The university encourages all personnel to participate in upcoming development activities, as we collectively strive to achieve our goals and solidify our position as a leading institution in knowledge creation, innovation, and sustainable local development.
