SDGs 2025 ม.รำไพฯ ทะยานอันดับ 1 ราชภัฏ อันดับ 11 ของประเทศ จากการจัดอันดับโดย THE Impact Rankings 2025วันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2568, Times Higher Education (THE) องค์กรจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำจากประเทศอังกฤษ ได้ประกาศผล "THE Impact Rankings 2025" โดยมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี อยู่อันดับที่ 11 และเป็น 1 ใน 14 มหาวิทยาลัยของไทยที่ติดอันดับ Top 400 - 600 ของโลก ร่วมกับ 13 สถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำของไทย (มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่, จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์, มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์, สถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย (AIT), มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์, มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น, สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี, มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์, สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง, มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร และมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี) และเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพียงแห่งเดียวที่สามารถก้าวขึ้นสู่อันดับดังกล่าว โดยมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี มีเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดดเด่นและสามารถทำคะแนนได้สูงสุด 3 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ • เป้าหมายที่ 15 ปกป้อง ฟื้นฟู และสนับสนุนการใช้ระบบนิเวศบนบกอย่างยั่งยืน จัดการป่าไม้อย่างยั่งยืน ต่อสู้การกลายสภาพเป็นทะเลทราย หยุดการเสื่อมโทรมของที่ดินและฟื้นสภาพกลับมาใหม่ และหยุดการสูญเสียความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ • เป้าหมายที่ 14 อนุรักษ์และใช้ประโยชน์จากมหาสมุทร ทะเลและทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน • เป้าหมายที่ 6 สร้างหลักประกันเรื่องน้ำและการสุขาภิบาล ให้มีการจัดการอย่างยั่งยืนและมีสภาพพร้อมใช้ สำหรับทุกคน ช ซึ่งในปี 2025 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้รับการจัดอันดับดีขึ้นกว่าปีที่ผ่าน ๆ มา โดยในปี 2024 อยู่อันดับที่ 25 และในปี 2023 อยู่อันดับที่ 57 ของประเทศ สำหรับประกาศผล "THE Impact Rankings 2025" เป็นการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วโลกจำนวน 2,526 แห่ง จาก 130 ประเทศ ที่โดดเด่นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) การจัดอันดับนี้ประเมินจาก 4 ขอบเขตหลัก ได้แก่ งานวิจัย (research), นโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติภายในมหาวิทยาลัย (stewardship), การเชื่อมโยงกับสังคม (outreach) และ การเรียนการสอน (teaching) โดยคะแนนรวมจะคิดจากคะแนนของเป้าหมายที่ 17 (ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน) และอีก 3 เป้าหมายที่แต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยทำคะแนนได้สูงสุด เพื่อสะท้อนความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน โดย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้รับการจัดอันดับผลการดำเนินการในหลากหลายด้าน ประกอบด้วย SDG 1 - no poverty คะแนน 45.7 อันดับ 9 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 26 ของไทยSDG 2 - zero hunger คะแนน 72.4 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 10 ของไทยSDG 3 - good health and well-being คะแนน 45.0 อันดับ 8 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 29 ของไทยSDG 4 - quality education คะแนน 61.8 อันดับ 10 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 22 ของไทยSDG 5 - gender equality คะแนน 56.0 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 14ของไทยSDG 6 - clean water and sanitation คะแนน 74.5 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 7 ของไทยSDG 7 - affordable and clean energy คะแนน 45.6 อันดับ 7 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 23 ของไทยSDG 9 - industry, innovation and infrastructure คะแนน 18.58 อันดับ 5 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 49 ของไทยSDG 11 - sustainable cities and communities คะแนน 34.3 อันดับ 13 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 41 ของไทยSDG 13 - climate action คะแนน 39.9 อันดับ 2 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 17 ของไทยSDG 14 - life below water คะแนน 72.5 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 8 ของไทยSDG 15 - life on land คะแนน 83.9 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 2 ของไทยSDG 16 - peace, justice and strong institutions คะแนน 62.1 อันดับ 1 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 8 ของไทยSDG 17 - partnership for the goals คะแนน 69.9 อันดับ 7 ของราชภัฏ อันดับ 28 ของไทย ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นความภาคภูมิใจของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแรงผลักดันให้มหาวิทยาลัยเดินหน้าสู่การเป็นแหล่งความรู้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมชั้นนำ ที่มุ่งมั่นนำองค์ความรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและชุมชน ดังวิสัยทัศน์ที่ว่า "แหล่งภูมิปัญญา สร้างนวัตกรรม สู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน" สามารถติดตามรายละเอียดเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี กับการเข้าร่วมการเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนได้ที่ <a href="https://sdg.rbru.ac.th/" target="_blank">https://sdg.rbru.ac.th</a>

Chanthaburi, June 18, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University continues its remarkable journey of success as a leading institution driving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The university proudly announces its outstanding achievement in the "THE Impact Rankings 2025," released by Times Higher Education (THE), a globally renowned university ranking organization based in the United Kingdom. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University has ascended to 11th place nationally in Thailand and stands as the sole Rajabhat University among the Top 400-600 globally. This accomplishment firmly reinforces its vision of being a source of knowledge, fostering innovation, and leading sustainable local development. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University demonstrated exceptional performance in three key SDGs, achieving its highest scores: SDG 15 Life on Land (Score 83.9, 2nd in Thailand) - The university maintains policies to support funding for the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, to transfer knowledge and provide agricultural academic services for sustainable community benefit. It also implements projects for planting and conserving food crop genetic diversity in dedicated areas, integrating them with various university curricula, and disseminating knowledge to external organizations. Furthermore, there are policies for the sustainable utilization, conservation, and rehabilitation of terrestrial ecosystems, along with a plan to monitor and classify the status of living organisms in the university′s 50-rai forest area according to the IUCN Red List. This has revealed that 74 bird species found in the forest are of "Least Concern" status and are classified as protected wildlife under the Wild Animal Preservation and Protection Act B.E. 2562. Studies on bird foraging behavior and distribution are also conducted. For mountain forest resources and dry areas, the university announced policies in 2023 and has operated under the 7th 5-year Master Plan of the Royal Project Foundation (RPF) concerning the conservation and utilization of resource-protected forest areas, surveying and researching natural terrestrial ecosystems (various types of forests, mountains, and dry areas), with continuous funding support for academic service projects and research projects in local resource studies. SDG 14 Life Below Water (Score 72.5, 8th in Thailand) - Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University implements policies for sustainable resource use, requiring internal units to use aquatic raw materials harvested sustainably for food in educational institutions. The university also offers responsible fisheries and environmentally friendly aquaculture courses, alongside developing value-added aquatic products, supported by the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center and the Eastern Agricultural Product and Food Innovation Research and Development Center, Faculty of Agricultural Technology. For water quality management, the university adheres to wastewater discharge standards to maintain water quality for ecosystem and human health protection. Internal units have established certified wastewater treatment and discharge guidelines, recorded in the National Research Office′s Lab Safety system. The Office of the President also monitors wastewater quality by collecting samples from various university areas and sending them for quality checks by certified laboratories. SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation (Score 74.5, 10th in Thailand) - Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University has implemented water resource conservation policies to ensure human access to water for consumption. Within the university premises, tap water is processed according to hygiene principles, and clean, safe drinking water meeting Potable Water Quality Standards (certified by FDA, Thailand) is provided free of charge in university buildings. The university visibly implements water conservation concepts, including reviewing environmental policies, putting policies into practice, and publicly disseminating sustainable water conservation practices. Clean water is available in hygienically maintained restrooms, and water-saving fixtures are used, eliminating open defecation by 100%. Public awareness campaigns, such as "Water Resources are Finite, Use Every Drop Wisely" signs in all building restrooms, and the development and installation of IoT-connected motorized gate valve control systems, coupled with real-time water level monitoring from upstream to downstream via CCTV, are also in place. The "THE Impact Rankings 2025" assessed 2,526 universities from 130 countries globally for their contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The ranking methodology evaluates four key areas: research, stewardship (internal policies and practices), outreach (local, regional, and global engagement), and teaching. The overall score for each university is calculated based on its performance in SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) and its top three other highest-scoring SDGs, reflecting the university′s specific areas of expertise.
