มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าวิสัยทัศน์แหล่งเรียนรู้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำโดยผู้บริหารระดับสูง ร่วมขับเคลื่อน ′Single Data′ ยกระดับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันและการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลร่วมกันจันทบุรี – 21 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่ห้องประชุม 25412 ชั้น 4 อาคารสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (อาคาร 35) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานเปิดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง หลักสูตรการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลกลาง Single Data ซึ่งเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของมหาวิทยาลัย โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูงของมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าใจถึงความจำเป็นและประโยชน์มหาศาลของการมีระบบฐานข้อมูลกลางที่แข็งแกร่ง เพื่อนำไปสู่การวางกลยุทธ์การใช้ประโยชน์จาก Single Data ได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ พร้อมทั้งเห็นความสำคัญและมีแนวทางในการสนับสนุนการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลและระบบสารสนเทศจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลกลาง รวมถึงสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันและการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลร่วมกัน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี กล่าวว่า "การอบรมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงลึกแก่ผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับ Single Data แต่ยังจุดประกายให้เกิดการบูรณาการข้อมูลและสร้างวัฒนธรรมการแบ่งปันภายในองค์กร ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ยุคดิจิทัลอย่างแท้จริง เรามั่นใจว่า Single Data จะเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญที่ช่วยให้การตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น และตอบโจทย์ยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างตรงจุด" งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ดร.สุนทร หลั่นเจริญ หัวหน้าฝ่ายสารสนเทศ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และคุณดรุณี พิกุลทอง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักกฎหมาย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์แห่งชาติ (สกมช.) ซึ่งทั้งสองท่านได้มอบความรู้และประสบการณ์อันทรงคุณค่าแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีขอเชิญชวนผู้สนใจและบุคลากรทุกท่านติดตามความคืบหน้าของการพัฒนาระบบ Single Data และโครงการอื่นๆ ที่มุ่งเน้นการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนผ่านช่องทางเว็บไซต์ทางการของมหาวิทยาลัยและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ARIT.RBRU.verified" target="_blank">https://www.facebook.com/ARIT.RBRU.verified</a> ความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาระบบ Single Data นี้ ตอกย้ำถึงความพร้อมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีในการเป็น ′แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน′ ตามวิสัยทัศน์ที่วางไว้ ด้วยการนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบต่อไป

Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University reinforces its vision as a source of knowledge and innovation, with senior executives leading the charge to advance ′Single Data,′ elevating data management to foster an organizational culture of shared information and collaborative utilization. Chanthaburi – On July 21, 2025, at Meeting Room 25412, 4th Floor, Academic Resources and Information Technology Office Building (Building 35), Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, Assistant Professor Waigoon Thongaram, President, presided over the opening of the Executive Workshop Project on the Single Data Central Database System Development. This initiative marks a significant step in enhancing the university′s data management capabilities. The primary objective of this project is to ensure that the university′s senior executives fully comprehend the crucial necessity and immense benefits of a robust central database system. This understanding will enable them to strategically leverage Single Data to its fullest potential, recognize the importance of, and establish guidelines for, integrating data and information systems from various departments into the central database. Furthermore, the project aims to cultivate an organizational culture that promotes data sharing and collaborative utilization. Assistant Professor Waigoon Thongaram, President, commented on the project′s success: "This workshop not only deepened our executives′ understanding of Single Data but also ignited a spark for data integration and fostering a sharing culture within the organization. This is a fundamental cornerstone for truly propelling the university into the digital age. We are confident that Single Data will be a vital tool, enhancing the efficiency of our strategic decision-making and precisely addressing the university′s strategic goals." The Academic Resources and Information Technology Office, as the project organizer, achieved remarkable success in hosting this event. The workshop was honored to feature distinguished speakers: Dr. Sunthorn Lanjarern, Head of Information Technology, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and Ms. Darunee Pikulthong, Director of the Legal Affairs Bureau, National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA). Both speakers imparted invaluable knowledge and experience to the participants.
