มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ประชุมร่วม กอ.รมน. ขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเพื่อความมั่นคง

คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ร่วมกับสำนักประสานภารกิจรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัด กลุ่มที่ 2 และกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมสำคัญที่มหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดจันทบุรีจันทบุรี – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี (มรภ.รำไพพรรณี) ร่วมกับสำนักประสานภารกิจรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัด กลุ่มที่ 2 และกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี (กอ.รมน.จันทบุรี) จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อบูรณาการความร่วมมือด้านนวัตกรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงและการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมไตรวิกรม คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เอกชัย กิจเกษาเจริญ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ปัญญา วงศ์ต่าย คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงาน ให้การต้อนรับพลตรี คำรณ แย้มประเสริฐ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักพัฒนาระบบบริหาร กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร (กอ.รมน.) และคณะ เพื่อร่วมประชุมและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการนวัตกรรมสำคัญที่มหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ อาทิ การส่งเสริมความมั่นคงในพื้นที่, การพัฒนาตำบลนวัตกรรมต้นแบบ และแผนนวัตกรรมเป้าหมายสำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2569-2570 ผศ.ดร.เอกชัย กิจเกษาเจริญ กล่าวว่า “การประชุมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการผนึกกำลังระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษากับหน่วยงานความมั่นคง เพื่อใช้องค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยมาแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาพื้นที่ได้อย่างตรงจุด โดยโครงการที่นำเสนอเป็นผลงานวิจัยที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างชุมชนให้เข้มแข็ง พึ่งพาตนเองได้ และมีความมั่นคงในทุกมิติ ซึ่งสอดรับกับนโยบายของรัฐบาลและภารกิจของ กอ.รมน. อย่างลงตัว” โครงการความร่วมมือนี้ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนและผู้สนใจร่วมติดตามผลงานและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ได้ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์และช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียของมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งนับเป็นการเปิดพื้นที่ให้สาธารณชนได้มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างโปร่งใสและมีประสิทธิภาพ

CHANTHABURI – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), in collaboration with the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) Coordination Office Group 2 and the Chanthaburi Provincial ISOC, hosted a workshop to integrate innovation into local development and security initiatives. This strategic partnership aligns with the university′s core vision of being a source of knowledge and a creator of innovations that lead to genuine and sustainable community development. On August 21, 2025, at the Triwikrom Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekkachai Kitkesacharoen, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Panya Wongtai, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, along with their working committee, welcomed Major General Khamron Yaempraesert, Director of the Bureau of Administrative System Development for ISOC, and his team. The meeting was held to track the progress of key innovation projects the university is undertaking in Chanthaburi province, focusing on critical areas such as promoting regional security, developing model innovation sub-districts, and finalizing target innovation plans for fiscal years 2026-2027. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekkachai Kitkesacharoen emphasized the significance of the event. "This meeting is a crucial step in uniting academia and security agencies, allowing us to leverage the university′s knowledge and innovation to effectively solve local problems," he said. "The projects presented are research-driven efforts aimed at building strong, self-reliant communities with security in every dimension, aligning perfectly with government policies and ISOC′s mission." Major General Khamron Yaempraesert praised the university′s commitment, noting that RBRU serves not only as an educational institution but also as a pillar for local development. "The innovations created by the university are tangible and can be practically applied, leading to positive change in the community. This is a commendable model of cooperation between government and academic sectors," he added. This collaborative initiative encourages public participation, with interested individuals and community members invited to follow the progress and activities through the university′s official website and social media channels. This commitment to transparency and public engagement is vital for an effective local development process.
