<p><b>องคมนตรีเป็นผู้แทนพระองค์ ไปในพิธีพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2566</b></p><p>วันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 10:17 น. พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมให้ นายพลากร สุวรรณรัฐ องคมนตรี เป็นผู้แทนพระองค์ไปยังหอประชุมสิริวรปัญญา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม ในพิธีพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภาคกลางและมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต ประจำปีการศึกษา 2566</p><p>ในภาคเช้ามีผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐมและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี ระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก เข้ารับปริญญาบัตรรวม 2,393 คน ในภาคบ่ายมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวมถึงผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษมและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท และปริญญาเอก เข้ารับปริญญาบัตรกิตติมศักดิ์และปริญญาบัตร รวม 1,318 คน</p><p>ในการนี้สภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้ทูลถวายปริญญาศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ สาขาการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ แด่สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตนราชกัญญา ด้วยพระปรีชาสามารถด้านการออกแบบแฟชั่นและเครื่องประดับ รวมทั้งทรงประพันธ์บทเพลงเพื่อใช้ในการแสดงแฟชั่นโชว์ รวมถึงพระอัจฉริยภาพด้านงานประพันธ์ อีกทั้งยังทรงออกแบบลายผ้ามัดหมี่ "ลายขอเจ้าฟ้าสิริวัณณวรี" พระราชทานช่างทอผ้า เพื่อนำไปใช้สร้างรายได้และอาชีพที่ยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชนทอผ้าทั่วประเทศ</p>
<p>Privy Councillor Represents HM the King at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University Graduation Ceremony for Academic Year 2023</p><p>NAKHON PATHOM, October 27, 2025 – His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn graciously appointed Mr. Palakorn Suwannarat, a Privy Councillor, to represent him at the commencement ceremony for graduates of Rajabhat Universities in the Central Region and Suan Dusit University for the Academic Year 2023. The ceremony took place at the Sirivorapanya Auditorium, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Province, commencing at 10:17 AM on Sunday, October 27, 2025.</p><p>In the morning session, a total of 2,393 graduates from Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University and Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University across Bachelor′s, Master′s, and Doctoral levels received their degrees. In the afternoon session, a total of 1,318 graduates and honorary degree recipients, including those from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University and Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, received their honorary and academic degrees at the Bachelor′s, Master′s, and Doctoral levels.</p><p>During the ceremony, the Council of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University presented an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts Degree (Creative Design) to Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya. This honour recognises Her Royal Highness’s exceptional talent in fashion and jewellery design, as well as her royal compositions, which have been used as musical scores for fashion shows. Her literary genius and her design of the "Naga Brocade Pattern" (ลายขอเจ้าฟ้าสิริวัณณวรี - literally "Princess Sirivannavari’s hook pattern") are also acknowledged. The Princess graciously bestowed this unique pattern upon local weavers to help create sustainable income and careers for weaving communities across the nation.</p>
