<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการด้วยเกณฑ์ EdPEx จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานเตรียมรับประเมินใหญ่ ม.ค.-ก.พ. 69 ตอกย้ำวิสัยทัศน์ “แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน” มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศระดับสากล</p><p><br></p><p>เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2568 กองนโยบายและแผน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้จัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) เพื่อเร่งเตรียมความพร้อมและสร้างความมั่นใจก่อนการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กรในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างเดือนมกราคมถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยการประเมินจะดำเนินการโดยคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากภายนอกร่วมกับคณะกรรมการภายใน</p><p><br></p><p>วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการประชุมครั้งนี้คือการ ทบทวนและปรับปรุงรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน ของแต่ละคณะ/หน่วยงาน ให้มีความสมบูรณ์และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานเกณฑ์ EdPEx ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการรับรองว่าสถาบันการศึกษามีกลไกในการพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง มุ่งสู่การเป็นเลิศในระดับสากล</p><p><br></p><p>คณะกรรมการดำเนินงานฯ ระบุว่า การจัดประชุมเชิงรุกในครั้งนี้เป็นการตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการใช้ EdPEx เป็นกรอบการทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและการบริหารทรัพยากร ซึ่งจะส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการสร้างบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น</p><p><br></p><p>การยกระดับการบริหารจัดการด้วยเกณฑ์ EdPEx ถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสนับสนุนวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ว่า “แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน” เพราะการมีระบบบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง จะเป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ช่วยให้การดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการ การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนเป็นไปอย่างมีคุณภาพ และสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อจังหวัดจันทบุรีและภูมิภาคตะวันออกได้อย่างแท้จริง</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – November 11, 2025</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) is accelerating its preparations for a major institutional assessment by the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) review board. The university′s Policy and Planning Division recently organized a crucial meeting of the EdPEx Steering Committee to ensure readiness and confidence ahead of the full university-level evaluation scheduled for January–February 2026. The assessment will be conducted by both external experts and internal committees.</p><p><br></p><p>The primary objective of the proactive meeting was to review and refine operational reports from each faculty and unit. The goal is to ensure reports are complete and fully align with the EdPEx standards, which serve as a vital tool for verifying that the institution possesses continuous quality development mechanisms and is committed to international excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>A representative from the EdPEx Steering Committee indicated that the meeting underscored the university′s commitment to using EdPEx as a foundational framework to develop its management system across all dimensions, including academic excellence and resource administration. This comprehensive approach is expected to have a direct positive impact on producing high-quality graduates who meet local development needs.</p><p><br></p><p>The ongoing enhancement of RBRU′s management practices through the EdPEx criteria directly supports the university′s vision: "A Source of Knowledge, Creating Innovation, Leading Sustainable Local Development."
