<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าสร้างขวัญกำลังใจและกระชับความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร จัดกิจกรรม "ทำบุญวันขึ้นปีใหม่และเชื่อมสัมพันธ์ชาวรำไพ 2568" เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในการเริ่มต้นศักราชใหม่ พร้อมมุ่งเน้นการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความร่วมมือระหว่างบุคลากรและนักศึกษาทุกภาคส่วน</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สวัสดิ์ชัย ศรีพนมธนากร รองอธิการบดี ด้านวิชาการ เป็นประธานในพิธีทำบุญตักบาตรข้าวสารอาหารแห้งแด่พระภิกษุสงฆ์จำนวน 9 รูป โดยในพิธีประกอบด้วยการจุดธูปเทียนบูชาพระรัตนตรัย อาราธนาศีล รับฟังการกล่าวสัมโมทนียกถา และถวายสังฆทาน ซึ่งกิจกรรมในช่วงเช้านี้มุ่งเน้นการสืบสานวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามและสร้างความสงบทางจิตใจให้แก่คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษา</p><p><br></p><p>จากนั้นเป็นการแข่งกีฬาเบ็ดเตล็ด สร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคีและกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างคนในองค์กรผ่านการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตให้แข็งแรงด้วยกิจกรรมที่สร้างความสนุกสนานและผ่อนคลาย ปลูกฝังความมีน้ำใจนักกีฬา การเคารพกฎกติกา และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม</p><p><br></p><p>ในช่วงค่ำ มหาวิทยาลัยได้ต่อยอดกิจกรรมด้วยงาน "สวัสดีปีใหม่ เชื่อมสัมพันธ์ชาวรำไพ 2568" ณ โรงยิมอเนกประสงค์ โดยมีการแสดงจากสโมสรพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ การจับสลากมอบของขวัญ และกิจกรรมสันทนาการร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างความผ่อนคลายและเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ปีใหม่ด้วยพลังบวก</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ระบุถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการจัดงานว่า การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการเฉลิมฉลองตามประเพณีเท่านั้น แต่คือการสร้างพื้นที่ให้คนในองค์กรได้ปฏิสัมพันธ์กันนอกเหนือจากการทำงานปกติ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน เมื่อบุคลากรมีความสุขและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน ย่อมส่งผลโดยตรงต่อคุณภาพในการถ่ายทอดความรู้และการบริการวิชาการแก่ท้องถิ่นตามพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดงานครั้งนี้ส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกในการสร้าง "วัฒนธรรมองค์กรแห่งความสุข" (Happy Workplace) ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยลดความเหลื่อมล้ำในการสื่อสารระหว่างระดับชั้นงาน และสร้างความรู้สึกเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ส่งผลให้เกิดความพร้อมในการขับเคลื่อนแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในปี 2569 อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) hosted a series of traditional and social activities to mark the beginning of 2025, aimed at strengthening organizational morale and internal relations. The event, titled "New Year Merit Making and RBRU Relations 2025," integrated cultural preservation with community-building initiatives for executives, faculty, staff, and students.</p><p><br></p><p>Assistant Professor Sawatichai Sripnomthanakorn, Vice President for Academic Affairs, presided over the morning religious ceremony. The proceedings included the offering of dried food and alms to nine Buddhist monks, traditional prayers, and the presentation of Sangkhathan (monastic offerings). These activities were designed to promote mindfulness and mental well-being among the university community as they prepare for the upcoming academic year.</p><p><br></p><p>The program continued into the evening at the Multipurpose Gymnasium with the "RBRU Relations 2025" social gathering. The evening featured cultural performances by the Staff Club, gift exchanges, and recreational activities intended to facilitate networking and positive engagement across different departments.</p><p><br></p><p>Assistant Professor Waikun Thongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, emphasized that the event serves as a strategic foundation for institutional growth.</p><p><br></p><p>"This gathering extends beyond traditional celebration; it creates a vital space for personnel to interact outside of formal work settings," Assistant Professor Waikun stated. "When our staff experiences high levels of well-being and strong internal relations, it directly enhances the quality of our educational delivery and our ability to provide academic services to the local community, fulfilling our primary mission."</p><p><br></p><p>The initiative reflects the university’s commitment to a "Happy Workplace" culture, reducing communication barriers between different organizational levels and fostering a unified identity. This internal cohesion is a critical component in the university’s readiness to execute its 2026 strategic development plans.</p><div><br></div>
