<p>จันทบุรี – เมื่อวันที่ 5 มกราคม 2559 สภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดการประชุมสภาฯ ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสามศร ชั้น 8 อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี โดยมีวาระเร่งด่วนที่น่าสนใจหลายด้าน ทั้งการบริหารงานบุคคล วิชาการ และงบประมาณ</p><p><br></p><p>ที่ประชุมมีการพิจารณาปรับปรุงหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาสหวิทยาการเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และแก้ไขรายชื่ออาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการศึกษา</p><p>สภาฯ ได้ร่วมพิจารณาร่างแผนปฏิบัติราชการ (Action Plan) และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานรอบ 12 เดือนของปีงบประมาณที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงการอนุมัติงบประมาณรายจ่ายเพิ่มเติมจากเงินรายได้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการ</p><p>มีการพิจารณาร่างประกาศปรับเพิ่มเงินพิเศษสำหรับสายงานเฉพาะทาง ได้แก่ นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์ และนักวิชาการพัสดุ เพื่อสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน</p><p>การติดตามความคืบหน้าการจัดตั้ง University Holding Company ซึ่งจะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรของมหาวิทยาลัยในเชิงธุรกิจและนวัตกรรมในอนาคต</p><p>การรายงานผลการปรับแก้ชื่อคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม เป็น "คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม"</p><p>นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังพิจารณาผลการสรรหาและเข้าสู่กระบวนการเลือกผู้สมควรดำรงตำแหน่ง "อธิการบดี" จากรายชื่อที่เสนอมา 3 ราย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยในวาระถัดไปช่วงปลายเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ โดยผู้ที่ได้รับการสรรหา คือ รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ</p>
<div>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – Jan. 5, 2016</div><div><br></div><div>The Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University Council convened its first meeting of 2026 today to finalize executive leadership and approve a series of academic and structural reforms designed to enhance the institution′s operational efficiency and regional impact.</div><div><br></div><div>A primary outcome of the session was the selection of a new President to lead the university’s next administrative term. Following a formal search process involving three finalists, the Council appointed Assoc. Prof. Porphan Sutthiwatana to the position. This leadership transition is expected to provide stability and direction as the university implements its latest strategic initiatives.</div><div><br></div><div>Academic quality remained a central focus, with the Council approving revisions to the Doctor of Philosophy program in Interdisciplinary Studies for Sustainable Development. Additionally, the Council ratified personnel updates for the Faculty of Education to ensure compliance with national accreditation standards. To reflect its expanding technical scope, the Faculty of Industrial Technology was officially renamed the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology.</div><div><br></div><div>The Council also reviewed the university’s fiscal performance and administrative framework. Key decisions included the approval of a supplementary budget to increase operational capacity and the introduction of specialized compensation for computer and procurement professionals to strengthen the university’s technical workforce.</div><div><br></div><div>"The establishment of a University Holding Company marks a significant shift toward a more agile resource management model," the Council reported during the session. "This mechanism will allow the university to better leverage its intellectual property and innovation assets, creating a sustainable bridge between academic research and commercial application."</div><div><br></div><div>Progress on the 12-month Action Plan was also assessed, ensuring that all departments remain aligned with the university’s broader mandate for local development. By integrating business-oriented management via the new holding company and modernizing faculty structures, the university aims to better serve the evolving needs of the Chanthaburi community and the industrial sector.</div><div><br></div><div>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University continues to position itself as a central hub for sustainable development and technical expertise in Eastern Thailand. These administrative and academic updates serve as a foundation for the university’s vision to integrate innovation with community-based knowledge.</div>
