<p>กรุงเทพมหานคร (มรภ.พระนคร) – เมื่อวันที่ 9-13 มกราคม 2569 ณ หอประชุมพิฆเนศวร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้ร่วมโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "การพัฒนา Soft Skills ด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม (Train The Trainer) ระดับก้าวหน้า (Advance Level)" จัดโดยมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก พลเอกดาว์พงษ์ รัตนสุวรรณ องคมนตรี ร่วมพิธีเปิดและมอบแนวทางในการสร้าง "วิศวกรสังคม" รุ่นใหม่สู่การพัฒนาประเทศ</p><p><br></p><p>โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพอาจารย์และบุคลากรที่ปรึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 38 แห่งทั่วประเทศ ให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคม (Social Engineer Tools) เพื่อนำไปถ่ายทอดและบ่มเพาะนักศึกษาให้มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมสังคมอย่างเป็นระบบ</p><p><br></p><p>ในการนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนานักศึกษาตามอัตลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย จึงได้ส่งบุคลากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเข้าร่วมรับการอบรม ได้แก่ คุณอัมรา อินพึ่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานทั่วไป กลุ่มงานวินัยและพัฒนานักศึกษา กองพัฒนานักศึกษา เพื่อเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมในระดับก้าวหน้า (Advance Level) สำหรับเตรียมความพร้อมเป็นวิทยากรตัวคูณ (Train The Trainer) ในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการวิศวกรสังคมภายในมหาวิทยาลัย โดยเฉพาะการเชื่อมโยงทักษะ Soft Skills เข้ากับบริบทพื้นที่จริงของจังหวัดจันทบุรี</p><p><br></p><p>การอบรมในครั้งนี้มีกำหนดจัดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 – 13 มกราคม 2569 โดยครอบคลุมทั้งการฝึกทักษะการเป็นโค้ช (Coaching) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลชุมชน และการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในการสร้างทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p><div><br></div>
<p>Bangkok, Thailand – January 9-13, 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) recently participated in an advanced-level training program to strengthen the "Social Engineer" capabilities of its personnel, aiming to bridge the gap between academic theory and sustainable community development.</p><p><br></p><p>The workshop, titled "Social Engineer: Train the Trainer (Advanced Level)," took place from January 9 to 13 at Phikhanesuan Hall, Phranakhon Rajabhat University. Privy Councilor Gen. Dapong Ratanasuwan presided over the opening ceremony, outlining a national strategic framework for developing a new generation of social engineers to drive grassroots economic and social progress.</p><p><br></p><p>The initiative gathered faculty members and student advisors from 38 Rajabhat universities nationwide. Participants were trained in specialized "Social Engineer Tools" designed to foster analytical thinking, professional communication, coordination, and social innovation.</p><p><br></p><p>RBRU delegated Ms. Amara Inphueng, General Administration Officer of the Student Discipline and Development Group, to undergo this intensive training. The university aims to utilize this expertise to mentor students and align their soft skills with the specific geographical and social context of Chanthaburi province.</p><p><br></p><p>The five-day program covered essential competencies, including professional coaching, community data analytics, and social innovation design. The initiative marks a significant step for the Rajabhat University Network in cultivating high-quality human resources dedicated to local sustainability.</p>
