<p>คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ให้การต้อนรับนักศึกษาจีน จากมหาวิทยาลัยวิศวกรรมสารสนเทศอันฮุยเหวินต้า และวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาศิลปและการออกแบบซานตง ที่เข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาเอก คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี</p><p><br></p><p>วันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ และคณะผู้บริหาร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยวิศวกรรมสารสนเทศอันฮุยเหวินต้า (Anhui Wenda University of Information Engineering) และวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาศิลปและการออกแบบซานตง (Shandong Vocational College of Art and Design) ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต คณะครุศาสตร์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี เปิดเผยถึงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ว่า มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีมีความพร้อมอย่างยิ่งในการรองรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ซึ่งการเข้ามาของนักศึกษาจากสถาบันชั้นนำของจีนครั้งนี้ เป็นผลจากการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) และการหารือเชิงรุกใน 3 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาระหว่างสถาบัน การพัฒนาศักยภาพบัณฑิตปริญญาตรีสู่ระดับมหาบัณฑิต และการส่งเสริมคณาจารย์จากประเทศจีนให้เข้ามาศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอกเพื่อเพิ่มพูนวิทยฐานะ</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยวิศวกรรมสารสนเทศอันฮุยเหวินต้า ที่ผ่านมามีการสร้างเส้นทางลัดทางการศึกษา (Education Pathway) ตั้งแต่ระดับปริญญาตรีจนถึงปริญญาเอก ในขณะที่ความร่วมมือกับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาศิลปและการออกแบบซานตง จะมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการด้านการจัดการศึกษา การวิจัย และการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการเรียนการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21</p><p><br></p><p>ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวย่างสำคัญตามยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการเป็น "ขุมพลังแห่งปัญญา" ที่ไม่เพียงแต่ขับเคลื่อนท้องถิ่น แต่ยังสามารถเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้กับสถาบันการศึกษาในระดับภูมิภาคเอเชีย เพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อมาตรฐานการศึกษาและการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างยั่งยืน</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – February 6, 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) welcomed a cohort of doctoral students from the People′s Republic of China this week, marking a significant step in the university’s strategy to strengthen international academic cooperation and research innovation.</p><p><br></p><p>The group, comprising scholars from Anhui Wenda University of Information Engineering and Shandong Vocational College of Art and Design, has enrolled in the Doctor of Education program within the Faculty of Education for the 2026 academic year.</p><p><br></p><p>Assistant Professor Waigoon Thongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, along with Associate Professor Porphan Sutthiwattana and the executive board, hosted the welcoming ceremony at the Lan Son Conference Room. The President noted that the arrival of these international students is a direct result of proactive Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) focused on three key areas: student exchange programs, transitioning undergraduate alumni into Master’s degree programs, and providing doctoral-level advancement for Chinese faculty members.</p><p><br></p><p>The partnership with Anhui Wenda University of Information Engineering establishes a streamlined education pathway from undergraduate to doctoral levels. Meanwhile, the cooperation with Shandong Vocational College of Art and Design integrates educational management and research to foster teaching innovations aligned with 21st-century skills.</p><p><br></p><p>This initiative aligns with RBRU’s strategic vision to serve as a "Powerhouse of Wisdom." By connecting local knowledge with regional Asian institutions, the university aims to create a measurable impact on educational standards and sustainable human resource development.</p>
