<p>กองนโยบายและแผน สำนักงานอธิการยดี จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการรุกการจัดการศึกษาแบบเน้นผลลัพธ์ (OBE) มุ่งพัฒนาคุณภาพหลักสูตรตามมาตรฐานเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยอาเซียน</p><p><br></p><p>23 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมแก้ววิทยากร ชั้น 7 คณะวิทยาการจัดการ รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง “การเขียนรายงานการประเมินตนเอง (SAR) ระดับหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance)” เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้หลักสูตรต่าง ๆ พัฒนาสู่มาตรฐานสากล</p><p><br></p><p>ประเด็นสำคัญของการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ มีการมุ่งเน้น Outcome-Based Education (OBE): การอบรมครั้งนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการศึกษาที่ยกระดับตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานหลักสูตร พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวัง (Expected Learning Outcome - ELO) ผ่านการประเมิน 7 ระดับ ในเกณฑ์ AUN-QA ที่มีระบบการประเมินที่เข้มข้น โดยเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือระดับ "ดีเลิศ" ซึ่งเป็นแนวปฏิบัติระดับโลก (World Class) เพื่อให้เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีและสังคมโลก</p><p><br></p><p>งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เด่นชัย ปราบจันดี และอาจารย์ ดร.ภัสนันท์ พ่วงเถื่อน</p><p><br></p><p>การส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพราะจะช่วยให้หลักสูตรสามารถพัฒนาได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นระบบ เพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความสามารถเหมาะสมกับสภาวการณ์ปัจจุบัน</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดอบรมในครั้งนี้คาดหวังว่าคณาจารย์และบุคลากรที่เข้าร่วม จะสามารถนำทักษะการเขียนรายงานการประเมินตนเองไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรในสังกัดให้มีคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดต่อไป</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) launched a specialized workshop on March 23, 2026, to train faculty in drafting Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) under the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) framework. The initiative, hosted at the Faculty of Management Science, aims to modernize degree programs to meet international benchmarks and the 2025 national curriculum standards. The program focuses on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), requiring departments to define specific Expected Learning Outcomes (ELO) for students.</p><p><br></p><p>The university invited two experts from Burapha University, Assistant Professor Denchai Prabjandee and Dr. Passanan Puangthuan, to lead the technical sessions. Participants are being trained to evaluate programs across a seven-level scale, ranging from "nothing in place" to "world-class." This transition is part of a broader strategy to ensure academic offerings remain competitive amid rapid technological shifts and global labor market demands. The workshop provides the administrative tools necessary for departments to document their performance and identify areas for structural improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Associate Professor Porphan Sutthiwatana, Acting President of RBRU, emphasized the necessity of shifting toward measurable student success. "Promoting understanding of curriculum development under AUN-QA is essential for systematic progress," Sutthiwatana said. He noted that the framework allows the university to develop programs continuously, ensuring graduates possess competencies required for the current global environment. The administration expects that the technical skills gained will lead to higher accreditation scores during upcoming external audits.</p><p><br></p><p>By adopting these regional standards, RBRU seeks to increase the mobility of its students and researchers within the Southeast Asian academic community. The university plans to use the resulting self-assessment data to refine its long-term strategic goals for regional development.
