ผศ.ดร.กัลยรัตน์ เจียมโฆสิต รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ให้การต้อนรับ ผศ.ดร.กฤษฎา อนันตกาลต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก พร้อมคณะทำงานจากกองกลาง (วิทยาเขตบางพระ) ณ สำนักงานอธิการบดี โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญในการยกระดับองค์กร ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการประสานงาน ถ่ายทอดรูปแบบการให้บริการและการติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกให้มีความรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ , การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หารือแนวทางการสร้างแรงจูงใจ การเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกในการปฏิบัติงาน และการจัดสวัสดิการเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของบุคลากร , ระบบมาตรฐานและการควบคุม แลกเปลี่ยนเทคนิคการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบภายใน การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง และการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา , การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อม การออกแบบพื้นที่การทำงาน (Workplace Optimization) ให้เอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผศ.ดร.กัลยรัตน์ เจียมโฆสิต ระบุว่าการแลกเปลี่ยนครั้งนี้เน้นผลลัพธ์ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เพื่อนำกระบวนการบริหารจัดการที่ทันสมัยมาปรับใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้รับบริการและภาพรวมของมหาวิทยาลัย
การบูรณาการความรู้ครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยลดขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ซับซ้อน แต่ยังเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมบุคลากรให้มีทักษะรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบบริหารภาครัฐ สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มุ่งเน้นความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ในทุกขั้นตอน
