<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University convened its Integrity and Transparency Assessment committee on April 1 to establish operational frameworks for the 2026 fiscal year. Assistant Professor Kanyarut Chiamkosit,Ph.D. Vice President for Administration, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs, presided over the meeting at the Office of the President. The session focused on the Open Data Integrity and Transparency (OIT) module, which requires public agencies to demonstrate evidence-based governance through accessible digital platforms.</p><p><br></p><p>The university aims to improve upon its 2025 performance, where it earned 96.56 points and reached a "Pass Excellent" rating. This score placed the institution 11th out of 87 participating higher education agencies nationwide. Committee members were assigned specific roles to manage the disclosure of public information, ensuring all evidentiary requirements meet the national standards set by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.</p><p><br></p><p>This strategic initiative aligns with the university′s mission to integrate ethical governance into its regional administrative functions. By prioritizing evidence-based transparency, the institution seeks to provide a model for public service in eastern Thailand. The assessment process involves rigorous internal data verification and external stakeholder feedback to ensure the accuracy of the reported governance metrics.</p>
