อาจารย์สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ได้รับเกียรติเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญร่วมขับเคลื่อนการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำระดับนานาชาติ

<p>ระหว่างวันที่ 22 - 27 มีนาคม 2569 อาจารย์รัตนา เพ็ชรสุงเนิน อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เข้าร่วม "โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนเกษตรกรสตรีไทย ณ ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ปี 2026" ในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำในเขตพื้นที่ชลประทาน</p><p>ไฮไลต์สำคัญของการศึกษาดูงาน <br>Smart Water Management: ศึกษาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการจัดการน้ำในภาคการเกษตรและการปศุสัตว์อย่างเป็นระบบ</p><p>Climate Adaptation: การปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศเพื่อความยั่งยืน</p><p>GEDSI & Value Chain: การส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรี (GEDSI) ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากร และการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน</p><p>โครงการนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง กรมชลประทาน (RID), MTEC, เครือข่ายเกษตรกรไทย และองค์กรชั้นนำจากประเทศออสเตรเลีย เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการยกระดับองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาชุมชนไทย</p><p>คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี พร้อมมุ่งมั่นเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้จากระดับสากลสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ตามวิสัยทัศน์ "พื้นที่คือห้องเรียน ปฏิบัติการพัฒนาชุมชน"</p><p><br></p>

<p data-path-to-node="5,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,0" data-index-in-node="0">From March 22 to 27, 2026,</b> <b data-path-to-node="5,0" data-index-in-node="27">Lecturer Rattana Phetsungnoen</b> from the Community Development Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, participated in the <b data-path-to-node="5,0" data-index-in-node="160">"2026 Australian-Thai Women Farmers Exchange Program"</b> in Australia. She served as a Subject Matter Expert in <b data-path-to-node="5,0" data-index-in-node="269">Water Resource Management for Irrigation Areas.</b></p><p data-path-to-node="5,1">The study visit featured several key highlights:</p><ul data-path-to-node="5,2"><li><p data-path-to-node="5,2,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,2,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Smart Water Management:</b> Exploring systematic technologies and innovations in water management for agriculture and livestock.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="5,2,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,2,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Climate Adaptation:</b> Strategies for climate change adaptation to ensure long-term sustainability.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="5,2,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,2,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">GEDSI & Value Chain:</b> Promoting <b data-path-to-node="5,2,2,0" data-index-in-node="31">Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI)</b> in resource management and enhancing agricultural value chains.</p></li></ul><p data-path-to-node="5,3">This prestigious project is a collaboration between the <b data-path-to-node="5,3" data-index-in-node="56">Royal Irrigation Department (RID), MTEC, the Thai Farmers Network,</b> and leading organizations in <b data-path-to-node="5,3" data-index-in-node="152">Australia.</b> It aims to elevate knowledge and innovation to be applied to Thai community development.</p><p data-path-to-node="5,4">The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, RBRU, remains committed to bridging international expertise with local sustainable development, following our vision: <b data-path-to-node="5,4" data-index-in-node="165">"The Community is our Classroom, the Practice is our Development."</b></p>
