<p>วันนี้ (6 เม.ย. 69) ที่ โถงแสงจันทร์ ชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดจันทบุรี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ สุทธินันท์ โสตวิถี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริการวิชาการ พร้อมคณะทำงาน ร่วมงานวันสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลกมหาราช และ วันที่ระลึกมหาจักรีบรมราชวงศ์ ถวายราชสดุดีน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ วางพานพุ่มดอกไม้ ถวายราชสักการะพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลก มหาราช ปฐมกษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี โดยมีนายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี นำหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ ผู้แทนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี น้อมรำลึกและแสดงความจงรักภักดี แสดงความกตัญญู กตเวทิตาธรรม ต่อพระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลกมหาราช ปฐมกษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี ที่ได้ทรงสถาปนากรุงรัตนโกสินทร์เป็นราชธานี ทรงปกครองปวงชนชาวไทยให้อยู่อย่างร่มเย็นเป็นสุขเป็นแบบอย่างที่พระมหากษัตริย์ไทยของพระบรมราชจักรีวงศ์ ได้ทรงเจริญรอยตามพระยุคลบาทสืบต่อกันมาโดยลำดับ</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officials joined provincial authorities on April 6, 2026, to commemorate Chakri Memorial Day at the Chanthaburi Provincial Hall. The ceremony marked the 244th anniversary of the Chakri Dynasty′s establishment and honored King Rama I, the first monarch of the current ruling house. Assistant Professor Suttinan Sotwithi, Director of the Academic Service Office, led the university delegation in a formal wreath-laying ceremony before the royal portrait.</p><p><br></p><p>Chanthaburi Governor Monsit Paisanthannawat presided over the assembly, which included heads of government agencies, military officers, and police personnel. The event is an annual national holiday in Thailand, observing the date King Rama I ascended the throne in 1782 and established Bangkok as the capital. Participants performed traditional rites to acknowledge the historical contributions of the monarchy toward national stability and administrative development.</p><p><br></p><p>The RBRU delegation participated as part of the university′s mandate to engage in provincial civic duties and historical preservation. By joining the civil service assembly, the university aligns its administrative functions with local governance frameworks. The ceremony concluded with a collective tribute from all departmental representatives present at the Moon Hall facility.</p><p><br></p><p>The university frequently collaborates with the Ministry of Interior for provincial ceremonies to maintain institutional ties with regional leadership. Such events facilitate networking between academic directors and local government heads. Following the morning tributes, the university representatives returned to campus to continue scheduled academic service projects for the eastern region.</p>
