<p>กรุงเทพมหานคร - 16 เมษายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำคณะผู้บริหารเข้าพบศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ โดยพบว่านโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยและกระทรวงมีความสอดคล้องกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนงานวิจัยสู่ Deep Tech และการสร้าง Business Unit ในทุกคณะเพื่อสร้างรายได้จริง ซึ่งสอดรับกับแนวทางของ อว. ที่มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มผลิตภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัย</p><p><br></p><p>โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายเตรียมผนึกกำลังยกระดับจุดแข็งของจันทบุรี ทั้งด้าน เกษตรมูลค่าสูง (Future Food) และ เศรษฐกิจ Wellness ผ่านโครงการจัดตั้งหลักสูตรแพทย์ทางเลือกของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยกระทรวง อว. พร้อมสนับสนุนกลไก Matching Fund และระบบ Credit Bank เพื่อผลักดันให้ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและนวัตกรรมที่จะสร้าง "อธิปไตยทางเทคโนโลยี" และความมั่งคั่งให้แก่ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>การเข้าพบในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นนิมิตหมายที่ดีในการเชื่อมโยงยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเข้ากับทิศทางระดับประเทศ ซึ่งมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีจะเป็นองค์กรหลักในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจมูลค่าสูงให้กับจังหวัดจันทบุรีและภาคตะวันออก ตามเจตนารมณ์ของกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม</p>
<p>BANGKOK, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) leadership met with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) on April 16 to align regional academic strategy with national high-value economic goals. The talks focused on transitioning university research into deep-tech applications and establishing commercial business units within every faculty to generate institutional revenue. These initiatives support the government′s mandate to increase national productivity through advanced technology and intellectual property development.</p><p><br></p><p>The collaboration targets the specific economic strengths of Chanthaburi province, particularly high-value agriculture and wellness tourism. RBRU is developing an alternative medicine program and future-food initiatives to modernize the local fruit and herbal industries. To support these projects, MHESI pledged to provide matching funds and technical support through the national credit bank system. This infrastructure allows for lifelong learning and professional reskilling, enabling local workers to adapt to an increasingly digital economy.</p><p><br></p><p>"The ministry will support the university through strategic funding to ensure researchers can commercialize their innovations effectively," said Yoschanan Wongsawat, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. Wongsawat noted that the integration of venture capital and academic research is essential for Thailand to maintain technological sovereignty. He emphasized that the partnership aims to transform regional universities into primary engines for local economic stability and global competitiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>Acting President Porphan Sutthiwattana confirmed the university would serve as the central hub for innovation in eastern Thailand. The administration plans to accelerate the development of its medical sciences wing to address the aging population and the growing health-service market. By linking university output directly to market needs, the institution expects to reduce its dependence on state budgets while increasing its impact on regional gross domestic product.</p>
