<p>รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี ประชุมร่วมกับนายกรัฐมนตรี เดินหน้าแผนแม่บทเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณีฯ ผสานนวัตกรรมการศึกษาและการท่องเที่ยว</p><p><br></p><p>11 พฤษภาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในฐานะฟันเฟืองหลักระดับชาติ หลังรองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการอำนวยการจัดงานเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธาน เพื่อรับมอบภารกิจสำคัญในการเป็นเจ้าภาพหลักขับเคลื่อนงานเฉลิมพระเกียรติในวาระที่องค์การยูเนสโก (UNESCO) ประกาศยกย่องพระเกียรติคุณระดับโลก</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมนี้ได้มรการเสนอแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาพื้นที่ให้เป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการเรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติ โดยเน้นการสืบสานพระราชปณิธานด้านการเกษตรและคุณภาพชีวิต พัฒนาคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลที่รวบรวมพระราชประวัติและองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชน ปรับปรุงพื้นที่วังสวนบ้านแก้วให้เป็น "อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ที่มีชีวิต" เชื่อมโยงอาคารโบราณสถานเข้ากับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและพืชพรรณพื้นถิ่น และเตรียมจัดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ ร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่าย UNESCO เพื่อนำเสนอต้นแบบการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นที่มหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง</p><p><br></p><p>การก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นแกนหลักของ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ในครั้งนี้ ได้สร้างจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญให้แก่จังหวัดจันทบุรี ในการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่สามารถนำต้นทุนทางวัฒนธรรมมาสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ยกระดับวังสวนบ้านแก้วให้เป็นแลนด์มาร์คการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์มาตรฐาน UNESCO กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก สร้างโอกาสให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรได้ทำงานในระดับนานาชาติ ร่วมกับองค์กรระดับโลก</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul chaired the first steering committee meeting on May 11, 2026, at Government House to coordinate national celebrations for the 100th anniversary of Queen Rambhai Barni’s birth. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) recently named the late Queen a Great Personality of the World. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), situated on the grounds of the former royal residence Suan Ban Kaew, was designated as the primary implementing agency for the commemorative master plan.</p><p><br></p><p>The university presented a strategic roadmap to transform the historic site into a "Living Museum" and an international learning center. The plan includes the digitization of royal archives and the restoration of historic buildings to serve as an eco-historical park. These initiatives aim to integrate traditional agriculture with modern environmental management. University officials confirmed that the site will host international academic symposiums in collaboration with UNESCO networks to showcase local development models derived from the Queen’s royal initiatives in Chanthaburi.</p><p><br></p><p>The project is expected to stimulate the economy of eastern Thailand by establishing a historical tourism destination that meets international standards. Beyond infrastructure, the university will focus on producing digital documentaries and multilingual media to reach global audiences. The initiative provides professional opportunities for students to engage with international organizations while preserving the cultural identity of the region. Officials stated that the integration of the university’s educational mission with historical preservation will serve as a permanent model for regional development.</p>
