Prof. Suttinan Sotwithi</b>, Director of the Academic Service Office at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), presided over the opening ceremony of the <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="199">Local Resource Base Member Meeting</b>. The initiative highlights the critical role of local resource bases in community resilience, following the framework of the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="291">Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG)</b>.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The training emphasizes operational excellence in three strategic areas:</p><ul data-path-to-node="9"><li><p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 4 (Conservation and Utilization of Local Resources):</b> Focusing on the restoration, maintenance, and propagation of local flora, ensuring sustainable distribution and utilization within sub-districts and communities.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 5 (Local Resource Information Center):</b> Establishing systematic data collection and recording protocols for local resources to ensure efficient retrieval through both physical and digital documentation.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 6 (Support for Conservation and Resource Base Development):</b> Raising awareness for environmental stewardship, supporting the School Botanical Garden project, and coordinating essential logistical and budgetary resources.</p></li></ul><p data-path-to-node="10">The event featured distinguished guest speakers, including <b data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="59">Mr. Thanin Sankanut</b> (Deputy Head of Division Level 6, RSPG Chitralada Villa), <b data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="137">Ms. Krittika Phetkhongthong</b> (RSPG Foundation Officer), and the expert team from the RSPG-RBRU Center. The workshop was attended by 16 executives and personnel from 8 local administrative organizations across Chanthaburi and Trat provinces, all working together to safeguard Thailand′s natural heritage for future generations.</p>
