<p>มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ร่วมหารือสำนักงบประมาณ วางแนวทางจัดการภาระผูกพันทางการเงินตามคำพิพากษาศาล มุ่งสร้างความโปร่งใสและเสถียรภาพรองรับการพัฒนาการศึกษาระยะยาว</p><p><br></p><p>กรุงเทพมหานคร (27 พฤษภาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร เข้าประชุมหารือร่วมกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงของสำนักงบประมาณ ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 26 สำนักงบประมาณ กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อขอคำแนะนำและวางแนวทางการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณสำหรับชำระหนี้ตามคำพิพากษาศาลอย่างถูกต้องตามระเบียบราชการ</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางอำไพ ธาราจันทร์ ผู้อำนวยการกองจัดทำงบประมาณด้านสังคม 2/2 พร้อมด้วย นางสาวปิยนันท์ อินทุภูติ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนงบประมาณมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏและสถาบันวิทยาลัยชุมชน และนางสาวออมพร ถึงศรี นักวิเคราะห์งบประมาณปฏิบัติการ ร่วมให้แนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการจัดสรรงบประมาณแผ่นดินและการบริหารภาระผูกพันทางการเงินของมหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ เปิดเผยว่า มหาวิทยาลัยให้ความสำคัญกับการแก้ไขปัญหาภาระผูกพันทางการเงินอย่างจริงจังและเร่งด่วน การเข้าพบสำนักงบประมาณในครั้งนี้ช่วยให้มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับแนวทางที่ชัดเจนและถูกต้องในการจัดทำแผนงบประมาณ ซึ่งจะช่วยรักษาประโยชน์สูงสุดของทางราชการ และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับบุคลากร รวมถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกภาคส่วน</p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University officials met with Thailand′s Budget Bureau on May 27 to secure funding guidelines for court-ordered debt settlements.</p><p><br></p><p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) administrators held a strategic meeting with senior officials at the Budget Bureau in Bangkok on Wednesday to address outstanding state-mandated financial obligations.</p><p><br></p><p>The delegation, led by Acting President Associate Professor Popun Sutthivattana, sought regulatory guidance on state budget allocations to settle debts stemming from a prior court judgment. The university aims to align its debt management process directly with national fiscal regulations to safeguard public resources and maintain operational stability.</p><p><br></p><p>Budget Bureau representatives at the session included Ampai Tarachand, director of the Social Budget Division 2/2, alongside Piyanan Intuputi, director of the Rajabhat University Budget Section, and budget analyst Omporn Teongsri. The state officials provided specific frameworks for restructuring the university′s fiscal commitments within the current national budget boundaries.</p><p><br></p><p>"The consultation establishes a lawful fiscal pathway to resolve these legal liabilities efficiently," Sutthivattana said. "Securing these guidelines ensures that our institutional budget planning remains compliant, transparent, and capable of protecting the long-term interests of our academic community."</p><p><br></p><p>University administrators confirmed that resolving the court-ordered debt will prevent future disruptions to core educational services and regional development projects. The university plans to integrate the bureau′s recommendations into its upcoming fiscal submission to stabilize its financial position.</p>
