<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ด้านการจัดทำข้อสอบออนไลน์ ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ 35306-35307 ชั้น 3 อาคาร 35 โดยมี</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พัชรินทร์ บัวเย็น ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิทยบริการฯ เป็นผู้กล่าวความเป็นมาโครงการฯ และได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชัยวิทย์ ถิระวณัฐพงศ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้ โดยการจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ เป็นการดำเนินงานที่ขับเคลื่อนตามนโยบายของอธิการบดี ในกลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความเป็นอาจารย์มืออาชีพและเปี่ยมด้วยจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู เพื่อพลิกโฉมบทบาทไปสู่การเป็น “ครู อาจารย์ยุคใหม่” ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล</p>
<p data-path-to-node="7">The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (ARIT) at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officially organized a competency enhancement workshop titled <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="187">"Faculty Capacity-Building Project on Online Examination Design and Management."</b> The training sessions were conducted at Computer Laboratories 35306 and 35307, located on the 3rd floor of Building 35.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The opening ceremony was presided over by <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="42">Associate Professor Porphun Suttiwattana</b>, Acting President of RBRU. During the event, <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="128">Assistant Professor Dr. Patcharin Buayen</b>, Director of ARIT, delivered the project′s background report, outlining the critical need for advanced digital assessment tools. We were highly honored to feature <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="343">Assistant Professor Chaiwit Thirawanatphong</b>, a distinguished faculty member from the Business Computer Program, Faculty of Management Science, as the expert keynote speaker to transfer specialized knowledge and technical insights to the participating personnel.</p><p data-path-to-node="9">The implementation of this project serves as a key driving force aligned with the President′s strategic administrative policies. Specifically, it directly supports the strategic pillar of <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="188">Fostering Professional and Soulful Educators</b>. The initiative aims to revolutionize traditional teaching roles, successfully transforming university faculty into <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="349">"Modern Era Educators"</b> who possess exceptional proficiency and expertise in utilizing cutting-edge digital technologies to optimize academic evaluations.</p>
