<p>เมื่อวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2569 สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้จัดกิจกรรม “บายศรี–พิธีเทียน รับขวัญน้องใหม่ พัฒนาชุมชน 69” เพื่อให้การต้อนรับนักศึกษาใหม่เข้าสู่ครอบครัวพัฒนาชุมชน พร้อมสืบสานประเพณีอันดีงามของสาขาวิชาที่ได้ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง</p><p>ภายในกิจกรรมเต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศแห่งความอบอุ่นและความสนุกสนาน โดยมีกิจกรรมรับน้องเชิงสร้างสรรค์ผ่านเกมและกิจกรรมสันทนาการที่ออกแบบและดำเนินการโดยวิทยากรและรุ่นพี่ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ และการทำงานร่วมกันของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี</p><p>จากนั้นได้มีการประกอบ พิธีบายศรีสู่ขวัญและพิธีจุดเทียนรับขวัญน้องใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญในการต้อนรับสมาชิกใหม่เข้าสู่สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน สะท้อนคุณค่าของความรัก ความผูกพัน ความสามัคคี และการดูแลกันเสมือนคนในครอบครัวเดียวกัน</p><p>กิจกรรมดังกล่าวไม่เพียงเป็นการรักษาขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีของสาขาวิชาเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการปลูกฝังค่านิยมแห่งความเอื้ออาทร การเคารพรุ่นพี่ การสร้างเครือข่ายแห่งมิตรภาพ และการเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาใหม่ก้าวสู่การเป็นนักพัฒนาชุมชนที่มีความรู้ คู่คุณธรรม และพร้อมทำงานเพื่อสังคมต่อไป</p><p><br></p>
<p data-path-to-node="3">On July 26, 2026, the Community Development Program under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) hosted the <b data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="159">"Bai Si Su Khwan and Candle-Lighting Welcoming Ceremony for Community Development Freshmen 2026,"</b> warmly welcoming new students into the community development family while upholding the program′s long-standing traditions.</p><p data-path-to-node="4">The event was filled with a warm and joyful atmosphere, featuring creative icebreakers and recreational team-building activities designed and led by senior students and facilitators. These activities aimed to foster strong relationships, encourage peer collaboration, and build connections across all year levels.</p><p data-path-to-node="5">The highlight of the event was the traditional <b data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="47">Bai Si Su Khwan</b> (blessing and spirit-welcoming) and candle-lighting ceremony. This sacred ritual officially welcomed new members into the Community Development family, symbolizing love, deep bonds, unity, and mutual support like true family members.</p><p data-path-to-node="6">Beyond preserving the program′s cultural heritage, the event instilled core values of compassion, respect for seniors, friendship networking, and readiness for freshmen to step forward as knowledgeable, ethical community development professionals dedicated to serving society.</p>
