พิธีรับสนองพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อม แต่งตั้งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี

‎19 ตุลาคม 2569 - มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดพิธีรับสนองพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมแต่งตั้ง รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ ดำรงตำแหน่งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยในพิธีฯ รองศาสตราจารย์นาวี เปลี่ยวจิตร์ รองอธิการบดี เป็นผู้แทนเชิญประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี แต่งตั้งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี วางที่โต๊ะหมู่บูชา เบื้องหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ‎จากนั้น ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นภดล แสงแข อ่านประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง แต่งตั้งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี

‎ต่อมารองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ อธิการบดี ถวายราชสักการะ เบื้องหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และรับพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมแต่งตั้งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีอย่างเป็นทางการ และกล่าวสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ

‎การจัดพิธีครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสดงความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ ในโอกาสที่มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อมแต่งตั้งอธิการบดี เป็นการประกาศเกียรติคุณแก่ผู้ได้รับแต่งตั้ง และแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยท้องถิ่นชั้นนำ ในวังที่สง่างาม ก้าวไกลสู่สากล

October 19, 2026 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University held a ceremony to receive the Royal Command appointing Associate Professor Poraphan Sutthiwatthana as President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. During the ceremony, Associate Professor Nawee Pliewjit, Vice President, placed the announcement from the Office of the Prime Minister regarding the appointment on a ceremonial pedestal table in front of the portrait of His Majesty the King. Subsequently, Assistant Professor Dr. Nopadol Saengkhae read the announcement from the Office of the Prime Minister concerning the appointment of the President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. Following this, the newly appointed President, Associate Professor Poraphan Sutthiwatthana, paid formal respects before the portrait of His Majesty the King, officially accepted the Royal Command, and expressed his profound gratitude for the royal grace. The ceremony was organized to demonstrate deep appreciation for the royal grace bestowed upon the university through the Royal Command appointing its President. This serves as a tribute to the appointees and reflects the commitment of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University to advancing its position as a leading local university—one that embodies elegance and strives toward a global reach.
