History

In 2003, the Office of Academic Resources was located at Bannarajchanakarin Building which had the library office on the first to the third floor and the fourth floor was used for hosting the Education Technology Centre. On June 15, 2004, the university’s official name was changed from Rambhai Barni Rajabhat Institute to Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. Lecturers, staff and students are proud of our long and prestigious history as well as our tradition of excellence in academic growth.

Not only the university name was changed, but the Office of Academic Resources including with the Computer Centre was also replaced by the new official name of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology. The office was divided into three main departments: library office, education technology centre, information technology centre as well as administration office.

Recently, the library office was still situated in the old building, but the other two centres have been moved to the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne Building or Building 35 since 2003.
