09.00 น. - (1 พ.ค. 61 ) ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 8 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ (อาคาร 36) นายวิทูรัช ศรีนามผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี เป็นประธานร่วมในพิธีบันทึกลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติโพลัส มณฑลเสฉวน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน นำโดย Mr.Ren Saisheng อธิการบดีร่วมวิทยาลัยนานาชาติโพลัส ในการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ และการประชุมหารือด้านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ในเรื่องของการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา, บุคลากรทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งการวิจัย พัฒนา และการจัดตั้งคณะความร่วมมือไทย – จีนในอนาคต โดยผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยนานาชาติโพลัส ได้ประชุมร่วมเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดตั้งคณะความร่วมมือไทย – จีน

Mr. Witurat Srinarm Provincial Governor is Co-President in Ceremony of Signing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and academic cooperation meeting between Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University led by Asst. Prof. Wigoon Tongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and Polus International College led by Mr.Ren Saisheng , Co-President of Polus International College.The academic cooperation meeting is about exchanging of students, educational personnel including researches, development and establishment of the Thai-Chinese Cooperation Faculty in the future . After that,the executives of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and the executives of Polus International College discuss together for how to establish Thai-Chinese Cooperation Faculty and the program of sending HND ( Higher National Diploma) Students from the Polus International study at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in Program of Business English, English for Education and Tourism. In additional, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University said that "I am very pleased that The executives from Polus International College come down to visit us and have a strong intention to sign a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in academic cooperation. Therefore, two university will cooperate to develop the educational together. This is a great starting in academic collaboration and exchanging students for both university."
