<p style="line-height: 1.5; font-family: Arial, Sukhumvit, " ;sans-serif";;="" font-size:="" medium;"=""><big>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยคณะนิติศาสตร์ ร่วมกับสำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม จัดโครงการไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้อง ที่พึ่งแรกของประชาชน เฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ 28 กรกฎาคม 2567</big></p><p style="line-height: 1.5; font-family: Arial, Sukhumvit, " ;sans-serif";;="" font-size:="" medium;="" text-indent:="" 2.5em;"="">ที่ห้องเรียน ร.155 อาคารคณะนิติศาสตร์ อาจารย์ทรัพยสิทธิ์ เกิดในมงคล คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ พร้อมคณะทำงาน ให้การต้อนรับ นายมงคล สงปรางค์ ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดอุดรธานี ช่วยทำงานชั่วคราวในตำแหน่งผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลจังหวัดจันทบุรี และทีมงาน ในการร่วมโครงการและให้เกียรติให้เกียรติมาเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้องที่พึ่งแรกของประชาชน เฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ 28 กรกฎาคม 2567<br><br>โครงการนี้สืบเนื่องจากสำนักงานศาลยุติธรรมได้กำหนดให้ศาลยุติธรรมทั่วประเทศจัดกิจกรรมเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้องให้เป็นที่รู้จักแพร่หลายในหมู่ประชาชน ศาลจังหวัดจันทบุรีจึงร่วมกับคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีจัดโครงการดังกล่าว เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนผู้มีอรรถคดีได้เจรจายุติข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยความสะดวก รวดเร็ว พร้อมรับฟังและเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการยุติข้อพิพาท เพื่อให้คู่ความสามารถเจรจากันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสัมฤทธิ์ผล งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากนายภัทรพล พลรังสิต ผู้พิพากษาศาลจังหวัดจันทบุรี มาบรรยายให้ความรู้ โดยมีนักศึกษาสาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์และสาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์เข้าร่วมโครงการ</p>
<p>The Faculty of Law at Rajabhat Rampaiphanni University (RBRU) organized the "Pre-Litigation Mediation: The First Point of Access for Citizens" project. Held in Room R.155 of the Faculty of Law building, the event aimed to raise awareness about the benefits of pre-litigation mediation and provide a platform for residents to resolve disputes amicably.</p><p>Esteemed guest of honor for the event was Mr. Mongkol Songprung, the Chief Judge of the Udon Thani Juvenile and Family Court, currently serving as Acting Chief Judge of Chanthaburi Provincial Court. He was accompanied by his team from the Office of the Judiciary.</p><p>Welcoming the guests was Assoc. Prof. Suppayasit Kerdnaimongkol, Dean of the Faculty of Law, along with his team. The event commenced with an opening ceremony presided over by Mr. Songprung.</p><p>Aligned with the Office of the Judiciary′s nationwide initiative to promote pre-litigation mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method, the Chanthaburi Provincial Court collaborated with RBRU′s Faculty of Law. This collaboration aims to make the process more accessible and convenient for local residents.</p><p>The project offers individuals facing legal disputes an opportunity to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently. Through facilitated mediation, parties can reach mutually agreeable solutions without the formality and expense of traditional court proceedings.</p><p>To further enhance the project′s reach, Mr. Pattarapol Polrangsit, Judge of Chanthaburi Provincial Court, delivered an informative presentation on pre-litigation mediation. The event also saw the participation of law and public administration students, who gained valuable insights into this alternative dispute resolution approach.</p>
