สำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน จัดโครงการสืบสานประเพณีหล่อเทียน ประจำปี 2567 เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริม สืบสานและอนุรักษ์ประเพณีหล่อเทียนเข้าพรรษาให้คงอยู่ และเป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ในการร่วมทำกิจกรรม ลอดจนสร้างความรัก ความสามัคคีของบุคลากรในองค์กรที่ลานพระพุทธจันทบูรศิริสวัสดิวัตนมงคล สำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน จัดโครงการสืบสานประเพณีหล่อเทียนพรรษา โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมนำคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ บุคลากร นักศึกษา และนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตร่วมพิธี สำหรับประเพณีหล่อเทียนนั้น เมื่อใกล้ถึงฤดูเข้าพรรษา ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาที่พระภิกษุสงฆ์ต้องอยู่จำวัดตลอด 3 เดือนและจะต้องมีการสวดมนต์ รวมถึงปฏิบัติศาสนกิจ จึงต้องมีจุดประทีปเพื่อเป็นแสงสว่างในการปฏิบัติธรรมแก่พระสงฆ์ โดยปัจจุบันการจุดประทีป กลายมาเป็นประเพณีหล่อเทียนพรรษา อันเป็นพุทธบูชาที่สำคัญ ทางสำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน จึงได้จัดการโครงการสืบสานประเพณีหล่อเทียนพรรษา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้คณาจารย์ บุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่และนักศึกษา ปฏิบัติตามหลักคุณธรรมจริยธรรม เป็นการส่งเสริม สืบสานและอนุรักษ์ประเพณีหล่อเทียนเข้าพรรษาให้คงอยู่ เป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ในการร่วมทำกิจกรรม ลอดจนสร้างความรัก ความสามัคคีของบุคลากรในองค์กร#RBRU #รำไพพรรณี #จันทบุรี #SDG4 #SDG11 #รำไพพรรณี #หล่อเทียน

Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), through its Office of Arts and Culture and Community Development, organized the annual "Candle Making Tradition Continuation Project" to promote, preserve, and conserve the tradition of making candles during the Buddhist Lent. The project aims to strengthen relationships and foster unity among the university′s personnel through shared activities. The event took place at the Phra Phuttha Janthaburisri Svasti Watnamongkol Lawn, presided over by Asst. Prof. Waigoon Tongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. Joining the ceremony were university executives, faculty members, staff, students, and students from the university′s demonstration school. The tradition of candle making dates back to the Buddhist Lent, a three-month period when monks retreat to their monasteries. During this time, monks engage in chanting and religious practices, requiring a source of light, which led to the tradition of candle making. Today, candle making has become an important Buddhist ritual, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. The "Candle Making Tradition Continuation Project" at RBRU serves multiple purposes.
