The event, organized by the Human Resources Division, was designed to introduce the new hires to the university′s culture, goals, and expectations. Held at the Chaelom Phrakiat Building, the orientation was led by Asst. Prof. Waigoon Tongaram. President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. In his opening remarks, President Waikoon welcomed the new staff members and emphasized the importance of their contributions to the university′s ongoing success. A total of 53 new employees, both academic and administrative, participated in the orientation. The program included presentations on the university′s history, mission, and vision, as well as detailed overviews of various administrative procedures and policies.
