มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดประชุมความคืบหน้า การแก้ไขปัญหาส่งออกทุเรียน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและส่งเสริมทุเรียนไทยสู่ตลาดโลกอย่างยั่งยืนที่ห้องประชุมสามศร อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (อาคาร 36) ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี ให้การต้อนรับ นายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี พร้อมหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ที่ร่วมประชุมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการส่งออกทุเรียน ของจังหวัดจันทบุรี นัดที่ 2 โดยเชิญหน่วยงานราชการและผู้ประกอบการเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่พูดคุยอย่างครอบคลุม การประชุมนี้ เป็นการประชุมต่อเนื่องจากวันที่ 31 มกราคมที่ผ่านมา เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากมาตรการของศุลกากรแห่งชาติจีน ที่ได้ยกระดับการตรวจสอบการนำเข้าทุเรียนอย่างเข้มงวด ซึ่งการประชุมครั้งนี้ทางมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีได้มีการสรุปแนวทางการดำเนินการแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวไว้ 3 แนวทาง โดยแนวทางแรก มหาวิทยาลัยจะเป็นศูนย์ในการคัดกรองสารแคดเมียม โดยการใช้ตัวอย่างในดิน น้ำ ใบ ลูก และปัจจัยการผลิตอื่นที่เข้าค่ายปนเปื้อน และทำคู่ขนานไปกับการทำระบบมาตรฐานห้องตรวจสอบคุณภาพ แนวทางที่สอง มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินการเป็นศูนย์คัดกรองสาร BY2 โดยจะให้บริษัทที่มีความสามารถนำเข้าสารดังกล่าว ในการนำสาร BY2 มาทำการทดลองกับตัวอย่างทุเรียน และจะทำการวิจัยเพื่อหาวิธีการตรวจวัดที่แน่นอน การวิจัยนี้จะร่วมมือกับคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ซึ่งคาดว่าจะได้วิธีการตรวจวัดแบบใหม่สำหรับปี 2569 และแนวทางที่สาม มหาวิทยาลัยจะเป็นศูนย์ ประสานงาน บริษัท ห้องปฏิบัติการกลาง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (Central Lab) ในการส่งตัวอย่างทุเรียนไปตรวจ BY2 และได้ใบรับรองมาตรฐาน สามารถส่งผลผลิตออกนอกประเทศได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ โดยผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี ได้วางกรอบนโยบายในการเร่งรัดผลตรวจให้เร็วขึ้น รวมถึงแนวทางการจัดตั้งศูนย์ตรวจที่จังหวัดจันทบุรีบ้าง นอกจากนี้ในวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ จะมีการประชุมใหญ่ 3 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการ หน่วยงานราชการ และชาวสวน ในเรื่องของการใช้สารเคมี , ปัจจัยการผลิต และการรายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งจะมีการร่วมกัน Big Cleaning เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้พี่น้องเกษตรกรสวนทุเรียนและผู้ประกอบการโรงคัดบรรจุทุเรียนในจังหวัดต่อไป ในส่วนของรายละเอียดการตรวจวิเคราะห์การปนเปื้อนของสารแคดเมียม และความคืบหน้าการจัดตั้งศูนย์ตรวจวิเคราะห์ Basic Yellow 2 (BY2) สามารถสอบถามเพิ่งเติมได้ที่ ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมสินค้าเกษตรและอาหาร ภาคตะวันออก หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โทรศัพท์ 06 1660 5306 , Email Classforecastrbru@hotmail.com และเว็บไซต์ <a href="http://www.classforecast.rbru.ac.th/" target="_blank">http://www.classforecast.rbru.ac.th/</a>

CHANTHABURI, Thailand – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University recently convened a crucial meeting with government agencies and private sector stakeholders to address the challenges facing durian exports from Chanthaburi province. This marks the second such meeting, following an initial session on January 31st, aimed at finding sustainable solutions to boost Thai durian′s presence in the global market. The meeting, held at the university′s Samsorn Meeting room, Building 36, was presided over by Asst. Prof. Waigoon Tongaram President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, and saw the participation of Chanthaburi Governor Mr. Monsit Paisanthanawat, along with key officials and durian industry representatives. The discussions centered on the impact of stricter inspection measures imposed by Chinese customs on durian imports, which have created hurdles for local exporters. RBRU has taken a proactive approach, outlining three potential solutions to tackle the issue: Cadmium Screening Center: The university proposes to establish a facility to screen durian samples for cadmium contamination, covering soil, water, leaves, fruit, and other production factors. This will run parallel with the development of a standardized quality inspection laboratory. Basic Yellow 2 (BY2) Screening Center: RBRU aims to become a central hub for BY2 screening, collaborating with a qualified company to import BY2 for testing on durian samples. Research will be conducted in partnership with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Burapha University, to develop a reliable BY2 detection method, expected by 2026. Coordination Center with Central Lab: The university will facilitate coordination with Central Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to streamline durian sample testing for BY2 and obtain certification for export. In addition to these initiatives, the meeting served as a platform for open dialogue among government officials and industry representatives. Governor [Name of Governor] emphasized the need for expedited test results and explored the possibility of establishing a testing center within Chanthaburi province. A larger tripartite meeting is scheduled for February 15th, bringing together operators, government agencies, and durian farmers to discuss issues related to chemical use, production inputs, and problem reporting. A "Big Cleaning" initiative will also be launched to bolster confidence among durian farmers and packing house operators in the province.
