<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ พัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการจัดทำนโยบายสภามหาวิทยาลัย พ.ศ. 2568 - 2570</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">ที่โรงแรมแซนด์ดูนส์ เจ้าหลาว บีช รีสอร์ท จันทบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้จัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำคัญเพื่อวางรากฐานการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยอย่างรอบด้านในระยะยาว โดยมีโครงการจัดทำนโยบายสภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พ.ศ. 2568 - 2570 เป็นวาระหลักของการประชุม ซึ่งการประชุมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก พลเอกวัฒินันท์ ลีลายุทธ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานนำคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย และคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงของมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยการประชุมนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ เอนก เหล่าธรรมทัศน์อดีตรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม และคุณอรรถกร ใจโทน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกลยุทธ์และการจัดการองค์กรเป็นวิทยากร<br><br>วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้คือ การเปิดโอกาสให้คณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยและผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยได้ร่วมกันพิจารณาและกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยให้สอดคล้องกับ อัตลักษณ์อันโดดเด่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นั่นคือการเป็น "มหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่น" ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้าง "ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการ" นอกจากนี้ที่ประชุมยังมุ่งเน้นการ ปรับปรุงระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และแนวนโยบายภายใน ให้มีความทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในบริบทต่างๆ และสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม อันจะนำไปสู่ประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการและการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ดียิ่งขึ้น<br><br>การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการ เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือและความเข้าใจอันดี ระหว่างคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยและคณะผู้บริหาร เพื่อให้ทุกภาคส่วนมีวิสัยทัศน์และแนวทางการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างเข้มแข็ง การดำเนินโครงการจัดทำนโยบายสภามหาวิทยาลัยในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการ ยกระดับคุณภาพการดำเนินงานในทุกมิติ พร้อมทั้ง ตอกย้ำบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำที่ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ต่อไป</p>

The primary agenda of the meeting was the formulation of the University Council′s policy framework for the fiscal years 2025 - 2027. Presiding over the proceedings was Air Chief Marshal Watinan Leelayuth, President of the Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University Council, who led the University Council committee and the university′s senior administrators in this significant undertaking.</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.2088px; text-align: justify;"><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.2088px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.2088px; text-align: justify;">The workshop was honored by the presence of distinguished speakers: Special Professor Anek Laothamatas, former Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Mr. Attakorn Jai-tone, a seasoned expert in strategy and organizational management. The core objective of this strategic workshop was to provide a platform for the University Council members and university executives to collaboratively deliberate and define the university′s developmental trajectory. This direction will be aligned with Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University′s distinctive identity as a "University for Local Community Development," while simultaneously fostering "Academic Excellence."
