ศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริฯ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดโครงการอบรมเพื่อเสริมความรู้และผลักดันการดำเนินงานโครงการ อพ.สธ. ระยะที่ 5 ปีที่ 7 (งานฐานทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น)16 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่หอประชุมสิริรำไพพรรณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริฯ (อพ.สธ.-มร.รพ.) จัดโครงการอบรมเพื่อเสริมความรู้และผลักดันการดำเนินงานโครงการ อพ.สธ. ระยะที่ 5 ปีที่เจ็ด (งานฐานทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น) โดยอธิการบดีและผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยให้การต้อนรับ นายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี และนายพีระ เอี่ยมสุนทร รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตราด ที่ได้ร่วมเป็นประธานเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ แสดงให้เห็นถึงความร่วมมือ ที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างสองจังหวัดในการ ส่งเสริม งานด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ปิยรัษฎ์ ปริญญาพงษ์ เจริญทรัพย์ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ อพ.สธ. เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ในการถ่ายทอดแนวทางการดำเนินงานโครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชฯ พร้อมทั้งชี้แนะกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการฐานทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้หน่วยงานปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งและสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การอบรมดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายสำคัญคือการ เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจ ในการดำเนินงานฐานทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นให้แก่หน่วยงานในพื้นที่ เพื่อให้สามารถ ขับเคลื่อน งานอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาทรัพยากรของตนเองให้ บรรลุเป้าหมาย ที่วางไว้ อันจะนำไปสู่การรักษาความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นของประเทศไทยในระยะยาว ซึ่งผู้เข้ารับการอบรม จะสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปต่อยอด และประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานในพื้นที่ของตนเองต่อไป

CHANTABURI, THAILAND – May 16, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), through its Coordinating Center for the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (OrPhaSath-RBRU), recently hosted a significant training program aimed at bolstering knowledge and propelling the operations of the OrPhaSath Project Phase V, Year 7 (Local Resource Base Initiative). The event, held at the Siri Rampaiphanni Auditorium on the RBRU campus, saw enthusiastic participation from local administrative organizations. Presiding over the opening ceremony were Mr. Montasit Phaisalthanawat, Governor of Chanthaburi Province, and Mr. Peera Eiamsunthorn, Deputy Governor of Trat Province, underscoring the strong collaborative spirit between the two provinces in advancing local resource conservation efforts. The university′s administrators warmly welcomed the distinguished guests. Dr. Piyarath Preeyapong Charoensup, Assistant Director of OrPhaSath, served as the keynote speaker, providing invaluable guidance on the implementation of the Plant Genetic Conservation Project and offering strategic insights into local resource base management. The training aimed to equip local administrative bodies with a comprehensive understanding and the necessary skills to execute their tasks effectively, ultimately contributing to the long-term conservation and sustainable development of Thailand′s local resources. Governor Montasit Phaisalthanawat of Chanthaburi stated, "Chanthaburi Province has always prioritized the conservation of our natural resources and environment. This collaboration with Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and the OrPhaSath Project is a vital mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of our conservation efforts in the region." Deputy Governor Peera Eiamsunthorn of Trat added, "Trat Province is blessed with abundant natural resources. The knowledge and guidelines gained from the OrPhaSath Project will be immensely beneficial in planning and implementing our local conservation efforts in alignment with sustainable development principles."
