คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ ร่วมพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลและวางพวงมาลาเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสวรรคต สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 ประจำปี 2568 อย่างยิ่งใหญ่ณ ลานพระบรมราชินยานุสาวรีย์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี วังสวนบ้านแก้ว ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ให้การต้อนรับ นายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี ประธานในพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลและวางพวงมาลา เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสวรรคตสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 โดยในปีนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก หม่อมหลวงศิริเฉลิม สวัสดิวัตน์ คณะกรรมการมูลนิธิประชาธิปก - รำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนส่วนราชการ คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษา เข้าร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานยังได้มีพิธีมอบเข็มกลัดพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์และเครื่องวรภาชน์ส่วนพระองค์ โดยหม่อมหลวงศิริเฉลิม สวัสดิวัตน์ ให้แก่สำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เพื่อเป็นเกียรติประวัติและเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการดำเนินงานด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมต่อไป ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี กล่าวถึงความสำเร็จของพิธีในครั้งนี้ว่า “การจัดพิธีในวันนี้ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างงดงาม บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ทุกประการ คือการเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษา รวมถึงประชาชนทั่วไปได้ร่วมกันน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณีฯ ที่ทรงมีต่อพสกนิกรชาวจังหวัดจันทบุรี และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีมาโดยตลอด พระองค์ทรงเป็นแบบอย่างของการเสียสละและอุทิศตนเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของส่วนรวม ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับปณิธานของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ที่มุ่งมั่นจะเป็นสถาบันการศึกษาที่เป็นแหล่งรวมองค์ความรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน” มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลและวางพวงมาลา เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสวรรคต สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 เป็นประจำทุกปี ในวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสืบสานพระราชปณิธานและน้อมนำแนวทางที่พระองค์ทรงวางไว้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการส่งเสริมการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน<div> </div>

CHANTHABURI – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University powerfully reinforced its vision as a hub for knowledge creation and innovation, leading to sustainable local development, by successfully hosting a commemorative ceremony on the anniversary of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni, the Royal Consort of King Rama VII, in 2025. The Governor of Chanthaburi presided over the event, joined by university executives, faculty members, and students, all paying tribute to Her Majesty′s profound contributions. On May 22, 2025, at the Monument of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni within Suan Ban Kaeo Palace, Assistant Professor Waikoon Tong-aram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, along with the university&#8217s executive board, welcomed Mr. Montsit Paisalthanawat, Governor of Chanthaburi Province, who presided over the merit-making and wreath-laying ceremony. This year, the event was honored by the presence of M.L. Sirichalerm Svastivatana, a committee member of the Prachadhipok-Rambhai Barni Foundation, alongside representatives from government agencies, university executives, faculty, and students. A special highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of a royal brooch featuring Her Majesty&#8217s portrait and personal royal artifacts by M.L. Sirichalerm Svastivatana to the Office of Arts, Culture and Community Development at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, serving as a testament to history and an inspiration for future endeavors in arts and culture. Assistant Professor Waikoon Tong-aram expressed immense satisfaction with the event&#8217s success. "Today′s ceremony was a resounding success, achieving all our objectives," he stated.
