<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลและวางพวงมาลาพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 7 เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสวรรคต 30 พฤษภาคม 2568</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">30 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่บริเวณลานพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 7 ด้านหน้าอาคารประชาธิปกศักดิเดชน์ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ จ่าสิบโท ดร.ภูวดล บัวบางพลู ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พร้อมคณะทำงาน ร่วมพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลทักษิณานุประทาน วางพวงมาลาถวายราชสักการะพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 7 เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศล โดยมีนายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี เป็นประธานนำหัวหน่วยงานราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ แพทย์ พยาบาล บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และ ภาคเอกชน ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ร่วมพิธี น้อมรำลึกสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ<br><br>พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาประชาธิปก พระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พระมหากษัตริย์ พระองค์ที่ 7 แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี เป็นพระราชโอรสในพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จพระศรีพัชรินทราบรมราชินีนาถ เสด็จพระราชสมภพ เมื่อวันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน พุทธศักราช 2436 ทรงสำเร็จวิชาการทหารจากประเทศอังกฤษ และฝรั่งเศส ทรงอภิเษกสมรสกับหม่อมเจ้าหญิงรำไพพรรณี ขณะที่เสวยราชสมบัติบ้านเมืองอยู่ในภาวะคับขัน ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมือง แต่ด้วยพระปรีชาสามารถประกอบกับ พระขันติธรรมอันสูงยิ่ง ทำให้ทรงนำประเทศไทยผ่านพ้นวิกฤติ จากนั้นทรงปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบบริหารบ้านเมือง ทรงมีพระราชหฤทัยเปี่ยมด้วยพระเมตตาและทรงฉลาดรอบรู้ คติทางการเมือง เป็นอย่างยิ่ง และทรงเตรียมพร้อมที่จะพระราชทานรัฐธรรมนูญแก่ชาวไทย ครั้นเมื่อเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครองขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช 2475 พระองค์ทรงเลือกทางสันติภาพ โดยทรงสละพระราชอำนาจแห่งพระมหากษัตริย์ ในระบอบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราช พระราชทานอำนาจอธิปไตยแก่ปวงชนชาวไทย และพระราชทานรัฐธรรมนูญถาวรฉบับแรกแห่งอาณาจักรไทย เมื่อวันที่ 10 ธันวาคม พุทธศักราช 2475 ครั้นวันที่ 2 มีนาคม พุทธศักราช 2477 ทรงตัดสินพระทัยสละราชสมบัติ แล้วเสด็จประทับ ณ ประเทศอังกฤษ จนเสด็จสวรรคต เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช 2484 รวมสิริพระชนมายุ 48 พรรษา</p>

Held on the 91st anniversary of his passing, May 30, 2025, the ceremony took place at the Royal Monument in front of Prachathipok Sakdidet Building, King Prajadhipok Memorial Hospital, Chanthaburi Province. He received his military education in England and France and later married Mom Chao Ying Rambhai Barni. Despite ascending the throne during a period of significant economic and political turmoil, his profound wisdom and exceptional patience enabled him to navigate Thailand through these crises. He diligently improved the efficiency of the country′s administration, demonstrating a deeply compassionate heart and remarkable political acumen. He was prepared to grant a constitution to the Thai people. When the change in government occurred on June 24, 1932, His Majesty chose a path of peace, relinquishing the absolute power of the monarchy and bestowing sovereignty upon the Thai people. He granted Thailand its first permanent constitution on December 10, 1932. Later, on March 2, 1935, His Majesty made the difficult decision to abdicate and resided in England until his passing on May 30, 1941, at the age of 48.</span></p>
