<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>สำนักงานอธิการบดี ร่วมกับ สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จัดโครงการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการอบรมผู้บริหารระดับสูงโดยใช้ AI สำหรับการบริหารและจัดทำแผนพัฒนา Smart Local University ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">วันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ PEGGY’S COVE RESORT ตำบลสนามไชย อำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการอบรมผู้บริหารระดับสูงโดยใช้ AI สำหรับการบริหารและจัดทำแผนพัฒนา Smart Local University ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงานอธิการบดีและสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ<br><br>อธิการบดีกล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการว่า “การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายสำคัญในการจัดทำ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนา Smart Local University ที่มีทิศทางและเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน สามารถรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้กรอบแนวนโยบายของรัฐบาล ยุทธศาสตร์ ICT ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และแผนพัฒนาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศ”<br><br>โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของผู้บริหารระดับสูงให้สามารถนำ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้กับการบริหาร ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และประเมินสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน รวมถึงบริบทของการบริหารจัดการในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เพื่อนำไปสู่การวางแนวนโยบายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้ข้อจำกัดต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นการเสริมสร้างความสามารถของผู้บริหารระดับสูงในการจัดทำข้อเสนอนโยบาย กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ ตัดสินใจ และขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงการถ่ายทอดนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติในทุกระดับอย่างเป็นระบบ และเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และสามารถนำพาองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ<br><br>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี มุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็นต้นแบบของมหาวิทยาลัยอัจฉริยะที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน โดยการลงทุนในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้บริหารในครั้งนี้ จะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและองค์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของสังคมและประเทศชาติได้อย่างแท้จริง มหาวิทยาลัยฯ เชื่อมั่นว่าการผนวก AI เข้ากับการบริหารจัดการจะช่วยให้บรรลุวิสัยทัศน์ในการเป็นแหล่งสร้างองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรม และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p>
