<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง MOU กับราชภัฏ 38 แห่ง เสริมการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ในงานมหกรรมงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ 2568</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">18 มิถุนายน 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สวัสดิ์ชัย ศรีพนมธนากร รองอธิการบดี ด้านวิชาการ พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 38 แห่ง ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ “การพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสู่การเป็นนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ในระบบวิจัยและนวัตกรรม” ในการนี้ พลเอก ดาว์พงษ์ รัตนสุวรรณ องคมนตรี พร้อมด้วย ผู้เข้าร่วมพิธี ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ในการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นในงานมหกรรมงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ 2568 (Thailand Research Expo 2025) ภายใต้แนวคิด "Research for All : เชื่อมต่ออนาคตไทยด้วยวิจัยและนวัตกรรม”<br><br>พลเอก ดาว์พงษ์ รัตนสุวรรณ องคมนตรี กล่าวว่า ความร่วมมือของมหาวิทยาลัยกับ ราชภัฏ ทั้ง 38 แห่ง และ วช.ที่ได้ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนผ่านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นิสิตนักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในพื้นที่ชุมชน ซึ่งนับเป็นการเสริมสร้างทั้งความรู้ ความสามารถ และจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ ตามพระบรมราโชบายด้านการศึกษาของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ที่ทรงเน้นย้ำให้ “คนไทยมีคุณธรรม มีงานทำ และเป็นกำลังสำคัญของชาติ”<br><br>บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือฉบับนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการส่งเสริมบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏให้เป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการเรียนรู้และการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อท้องถิ่น โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาอาจารย์รุ่นใหม่ผ่านหลักสูตรอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมยุคใหม่ เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนวิจัยต่างๆ และสามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่มีคุณภาพ ซึ่งจะนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นได้ทั้งในมิติเชิงพื้นที่ เชิงสาธารณะ และเชิงนโยบายอย่างยั่งยืน<br><br>การลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญอีกครั้งของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการตอกย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นและศักยภาพในการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำที่ขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนและสร้างความมั่นคงยั่งยืนให้กับประเทศชาติสืบไปในอนาคต</p>
