<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>โครงการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเเละพัฒนากำลังคนขั้นสูง (Reinventing university) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ลงพื้นที่เกาะหมาก อำเภอเกาะกูด จังหวัดตราด เพื่อการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">5-6 กรกฎาคม 2568 โครงการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเเละพัฒนากำลังคนขั้นสูง (Reinventing university) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำโดย ผศ.ดร.วยากร อุดมโภชน์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนและพัฒนา ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการโครงการจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม และคณะมนุษย์ศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ลงพื้นที่เกาะหมาก อำเภอเกาะกูด จังหวัดตราด ในประเด็นเรื่อง การขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา โดยมีภาคีเครือข่ายได้เเก่ ศูนย์อนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลจังหวัดตราด ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลจังหวัดตราด องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเกาะหมาก และวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวเกาะหมาก เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เเละเเลกเปลี่ยนประเด็นปัญหา เพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ร่วมกัน ในการนี้มหาวิทยาลัยได้นำเสนอโครงการที่มาจากคณะต่างๆ เพื่อขอความร่วมมือเเละข้อเสนอเเนะ ในการดำเนินการแบบบูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานด้วย<br><br>โครงการ Reinventing University ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาประเทศและท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง ผ่านการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และการทำงานร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน มหาวิทยาลัยยังคงเดินหน้าอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ประโยชน์สูงสุดให้กับชุมชนและสังคม ตามพันธกิจหลักในการเป็น "แหล่งองค์ความรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน"</p>

The mission was to drive the crucial agenda of "Creative Economy for Area-Based Development for Higher Education Institutions," which is an integral part of the university′s commitment to being a key mechanism for sustainable local development.</span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.5184px; text-align: justify;"><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.5184px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; font-size: 21.5184px; text-align: justify;">The deployment was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Vayakorn Udomphoch, Vice President for Planning and Development, accompanied by project committee members from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Industrial Technology, and Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. They collaborated with key network partners, including the Trat Provincial Marine Resources Conservation Center, the Trat Provincial Maritime Enforcement Command Center, the Koh Mak Sub-district Administrative Organization, and the Koh Mak Tourism Community Enterprise. All sectors actively participated in activities and exchanged insights on various issues to collectively identify comprehensive approaches for area-based development.
