<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำทัพนักศึกษาและภาคีเครือข่าย ร่วมสร้างปรากฏการณ์ปลูกต้นไม้ 773 ต้น เฉลิมพระเกียรติในหลวง ร.10 สะท้อนวิสัยทัศน์ ′แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน′ อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">23 กรกฎาคม 2568 – กองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำนักศึกษาจากทุกคณะกว่า 200 คน ร่วมกับคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดจันทบุรี ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชนจิตอาสา จัดโครงการ “ปลูกต้นไม้ 773 ต้น สร้างอัตลักษณ์พุทธมณฑล” ณ พุทธมณฑลจังหวัดจันทบุรี ตำบลบางกะจะ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยได้รับเมตตาจากพระเดชพระคุณพระพรหมวชิราทร เจ้าคณะภาค 13 เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด เมื่อเวลา 10.00 น. ที่ผ่านมา กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 28 กรกฎาคม 2568 ครบ 73 พรรษา<br><br>ภายในงานมีพระเถระชั้นผู้ใหญ่เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง อาทิ พระราชปัญญาโสภณ รองเจ้าคณะภาค 13, พระราชจันทโมลี ที่ปรึกษาเจ้าคณะภาค 13, พระราชธรรมเมธี เจ้าคณะจังหวัดจันทบุรี, พระวชิรกิจจากร ที่ปรึกษาเจ้าคณะจังหวัดจันทบุรี และพระอรรถโมลี เจ้าคณะอำเภอจันทบุรี ซึ่งพระครูวิบูลพัฒนานุโยค เจ้าคณะอำเภอนายายอาม ได้กล่าวรายงานถึงความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ โดยระบุว่าพุทธมณฑลจังหวัดจันทบุรีเริ่มก่อสร้างตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550 บนพื้นที่ธรณีสงฆ์กว่า 57 ไร่ ด้วยการสนับสนุนจากองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี และความร่วมมือจากพุทธศาสนิกชน เพื่อให้เป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจและแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางพุทธศาสนา<br><br>กฤษณะพงศ์ สุวรรณโชติ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการกองพัฒนานักศึกษา กล่าวถึงความสำเร็จของโครงการว่า “โครงการ ′ปลูกต้นไม้ 773 ต้น สร้างอัตลักษณ์พุทธมณฑล′ ในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการเฉลิมพระเกียรติอย่างยิ่งใหญ่เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมให้แก่นักศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศต่อไปในอนาคต กิจกรรมนี้ตอกย้ำถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในฐานะ ′แหล่งเรียนรู้′ ที่ส่งเสริมการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ′สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม′ ผ่านการเลือกใช้พันธุ์ไม้ท้องถิ่นหายาก และ ′นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน′ ด้วยการสร้างพื้นที่สีเขียวที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ของจังหวัดจันทบุรีอย่างแท้จริง”<br><br>พระครูวิบูลพัฒนานุโยค เจ้าคณะอำเภอนายายอาม เจ้าอาวาสวัดชับยี่หร่า ในนามคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดจันทบุรี ได้กล่าวรายงานถึงความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ โดยระบุว่า พุทธมณฑลจังหวัดจันทบุรี เริ่มก่อสร้างตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550 บนพื้นที่ธรณีสงฆ์จำนวน 57 ไร่ 3 งานเศษ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี และความร่วมมือจากคณะสงฆ์และพุทธศาสนิกชนในพื้นที่ มีสิ่งก่อสร้างสำคัญ เช่น พระพุทธญาณรัตนศากยมณีมณฑลจันทบุรี (ปางคันธาระราช) มณฑป ลานประทักษิณ อาคารสำนักงาน หอประชุม เรือนฉัน และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ซึ่งในวาระมหามงคลนี้ คณะสงฆ์จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยพระครูสุทธิตารกาภิรักษ์ เจ้าอาวาสวัดสุทธิวารี เจ้าคณะอำเภอสอยดาว ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชนจิตอาสา จัดกิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้จำนวน 773 ต้น ซึ่งเป็นพันธุ์ไม้หายากที่มีอัตลักษณ์ของจังหวัดจันทบุรี ได้แก่ ต้นจันอิน จันเทศ จันทนา จันชะมด จันหอม และจันดง โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากมูลนิธิพระพุทธบาทพลวงและคณะสงฆ์<br><br>ความสำเร็จของโครงการ ′ปลูกต้นไม้ 773 ต้น สร้างอัตลักษณ์พุทธมณฑล′ ในครั้งนี้ ตอกย้ำถึงศักยภาพและความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่มิได้เพียงผลิตบัณฑิต แต่ยังเป็น ′แหล่งเรียนรู้′ ที่สร้างสรรค์องค์ความรู้ใหม่ ′สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม′ ที่ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนา และ ′นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน′ ด้วยการผสานพลังจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อประโยชน์สุขของชุมชนและประเทศชาติอย่างแท้จริง</p>

The event took place at Phutthamonthon Chanthaburi in Bang Kacha Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chanthaburi Province, and was graciously presided over by His Holiness Phra Promwachirathorn, the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 13, at 10:00 AM. This significant activity was held to commemorate His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on the auspicious occasion of his 73rd birthday anniversary on July 28, 2025.<br><br>The ceremony saw the esteemed presence of senior Buddhist monks, including Phra Ratchapanyasophon, Deputy Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 13; Phra Ratchachantramolee, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 13; Phra Ratchathammethee, Ecclesiastical Governor of Chanthaburi Province; Phra Wachirakitjakorn, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Chanthaburi Province; and Phra Atthamonlee, Ecclesiastical Governor of Chanthaburi District. Phra Khru Wiboon Phattananuyok, Ecclesiastical Governor of Na Yai Am District, delivered the opening remarks, outlining the project′s background and objectives. He noted that Phutthamonthon Chanthaburi began construction in 2007 on ecclesiastical land spanning over 57 rai, with support from the Chanthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization and cooperation from the Sangha and Buddhist devotees, aiming to be a spiritual center and a Buddhist learning hub.<br><br>Mr.Kritsanaphong Suwannachote, Acting Director of the Student Development Division at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, commented on the project′s success: "This ′Planting 773 Trees to Create the Identity of Phutthamonthon′ project is not only a grand tribute to His Majesty but also instills environmental consciousness and social responsibility in our students, who are vital for the nation′s future development.
