มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับ ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) สร้างคลื่นแห่งการอนุรักษ์ทะเลไทยยั่งยืน สู่แหล่งองค์ความรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ผนึกกำลังเปิดเวทีอนุรักษ์ทะเลรอบอ่าวไทย 17 จังหวัด16 กรกฎาคม 2568 – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับ บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. ประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดงาน “สัมมนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรทางทะเลรอบอ่าวไทย 17 จังหวัด” ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้เพาะฟักสัตว์น้ำเศรษฐกิจ กลุ่มเขาสำเภาคว่ำ อำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี ตอกย้ำบทบาทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการเป็นแหล่งองค์ความรู้และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน งานสัมมนาครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายวิสุทธิ์ ประกอบความดี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับและแสดงเจตนารมณ์อันแน่วแน่ในการสนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล "จังหวัดจันทบุรีให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งกับการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของวิถีชีวิตและความมั่นคงทางอาหารของชุมชนชายฝั่ง เราพร้อมเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการสนับสนุนและขับเคลื่อนการทำงานร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อสร้างทะเลที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ให้คงอยู่กับคนไทยอย่างยั่งยืน" นายวิสุทธิ์กล่าว ภายในงานมีการนำเสนอและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและชุมชนต้นแบบ รวมถึงกิจกรรมเยี่ยมชมฐานการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มเพาะฟักสัตว์น้ำเศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่ ซึ่งเป็นตัวอย่างความสำเร็จของการนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง "ปตท.สผ. มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่มีคุณค่าเช่นนี้ เราเชื่อมั่นว่าการสร้างความร่วมมือกับภาควิชาการและชุมชน จะนำไปสู่การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างยั่งยืน และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติในระยะยาว" ตัวแทนจาก ปตท.สผ. กล่าวเสริม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีมีความมุ่งมั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของท้องถิ่น โดยมีผลงานวิจัยและโครงการบริการวิชาการที่ได้รับการยอมรับมากมาย การจัดงานสัมมนาครั้งนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งบทพิสูจน์ถึงศักยภาพและความพร้อมของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นพลังสำคัญที่นำไปสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ในการเป็น "มหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น" อย่างแท้จริง

July 16, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, in collaboration with PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), successfully concluded the "Seminar for Knowledge Exchange on Marine Resource Conservation and Restoration around the Gulf of Thailand′s 17 Provinces." Held from July 16-18, 2025, at the Khao Samphao Kwam Economic Aquatic Animal Hatchery Learning Center in Nayai Am District, Chanthaburi Province, the event underscored the university′s pivotal role as a source of knowledge and a driving force for sustainable local development. The seminar was honored by the presence of Mr. Wisut Prakobkwamdee, Deputy Governor of Chanthaburi Province, who delivered the welcoming remarks and expressed a steadfast commitment to supporting marine resource conservation. "Chanthaburi Province places immense importance on the conservation and restoration of marine and coastal resources, as they form the fundamental basis of the coastal communities′ way of life and food security. We are ready to be a crucial force in supporting and driving collaborative efforts with all sectors to ensure a thriving sea for the Thai people sustainably," stated Mr. Wisut. Associate Professor Dr. [Rector/University Executive Name], Rector of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, commented on the seminar′s success: "This event reflects the university′s vision to be a hub of knowledge and innovation for sustainable local development. We witnessed the powerful synergy of marine conservation networks from 17 provinces around the Gulf of Thailand, which is crucial for achieving tangible conservation outcomes. This collaboration with PTTEP is not only about exchanging knowledge and experiences in coastal resource conservation and restoration, economic aquatic animal farming, and sustainable coastal community management, but also about fostering inspiration and strong networks for a sustainable future for Thailand′s seas." The seminar featured presentations and knowledge exchange sessions from experts and exemplary communities, alongside a visit to the learning base of the local economic aquatic animal hatchery group, showcasing practical applications of knowledge.
