มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ผนึก SACICT: เปิดมิติใหม่หัตถกรรมกกจันท์ สู่ความยั่งยืนระดับสากล

สำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับสถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมเชื่อมโยงศิลปหัตถกรรมผ่านการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายงานหัตกรรมกก จากต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ และสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ ให้เกิดช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายผ่านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรีจันทบุรี, 24 กรกฎาคม 2568 – สำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี (มรภ.รำไพพรรณี) ร่วมกับสถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ SACICT ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างงดงามในการจัดกิจกรรม "เชื่อมโยงศิลปหัตถกรรมผ่านการท่องเที่ยว" ณ วังสวนบ้านแก้ว จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการสร้างเครือข่ายงานหัตถกรรมกกตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ และสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการให้มีช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายที่หลากหลาย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานรากสู่ความยั่งยืน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรียนันท์ สิทธิจินดาร์ รองอธิการบดี ด้านกิจการพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี กล่าวถึงความสำเร็จของกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ว่า "มหาวิทยาลัยมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมมือกับ SACICT ในการยกระดับหัตถกรรมกกของจังหวัดจันทบุรี กิจกรรมนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายที่เข้มแข็งให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ แต่ยังเปิดโอกาสใหม่ๆ ในการจัดจำหน่ายผ่านการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งเป็นไปตามวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นแหล่งองค์ความรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืนอย่างแท้จริง" ด้าน ดร.พิณทิพย์ วัชโรทัย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักส่งเสริมศักยภาพ สถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย (องค์การมหาชน) ซึ่งให้เกียรติร่วมเป็นประธานเปิดงานพร้อมด้วย นางสาวแสงระวี สิงหวิบูลย์ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันฯ ได้กล่าวเสริมว่า "ความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมและอนุรักษ์งานหัตถกรรมไทย โดยเฉพาะหัตถกรรมกก ซึ่งเป็นภูมิปัญญาอันล้ำค่าของท้องถิ่น เราเชื่อมั่นว่าการเชื่อมโยงศิลปหัตถกรรมกับการท่องเที่ยว จะช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่า สร้างรายได้ และสร้างความภาคภูมิใจให้แก่ชุมชนได้อย่างยั่งยืน" ภายในงาน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิฆเนศวร ทะกอง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักศิลปวัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาชุมชน มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจาก SACICT และนำชมกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย อาทิ การเสวนา "Kok Community ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ" ในหัวข้อ "ต้นน้ำที่กำลังสูญหาย" และ "โอกาสของกก" ซึ่งเป็นการเปิดมุมมองและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ประกอบการโดยตรง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการสาธิตงานหัตถกรรมกก และการออกร้านค้าผลิตภัณฑ์จากต้นกก ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานเป็นอย่างมาก กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ได้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการสร้างความร่วมมือในระดับพื้นที่ และวางแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนงานหัตถกรรมกกให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ขอเชิญชวนผู้สนใจ ผู้ประกอบการ และนักท่องเที่ยวทุกท่าน ร่วมติดตามกิจกรรมและโครงการดีๆ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต เพื่อสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมท้องถิ่น และร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนในจังหวัดจันทบุรี กิจกรรมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทสำคัญของ SACICT ซึ่งเดิมคือ ศูนย์ส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพระหว่างประเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) ในฐานะหน่วยงานหลักที่ดูแลส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนศิลปหัตถกรรมไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งในด้านการส่งเสริมอาชีพ การพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่ผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ด้านการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นสู่ความยั่งยืนอย่างชัดเจน โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ สร้างนวัตกรรมชุมชนท้องถิ่นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา ส่งเสริมศักยภาพบุคลากรในการทำงานเชิงพื้นที่ สร้างชุมชนต้นแบบและแหล่งเรียนรู้ รวมถึงการทำนุบำรุง อนุรักษ์ และสืบสานศิลปวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนจันทบุรีสู่ความเจริญอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต

Chanthaburi, July 24, 2025 – The Office of Arts and Culture and Community Development, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), in collaboration with the Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (Public Organization) (SACICT), successfully hosted the "Connecting Handicrafts Through Tourism" event at Wang Suan Ban Kaeo, Chanthaburi Province. The primary objective was to establish a comprehensive network for reed handicrafts, from upstream raw material sourcing to downstream market distribution, and to empower entrepreneurs by creating diverse sales channels through various activities in Chanthaburi, thereby driving sustainable grassroots economic development. Asst. Prof. Preeyanan Sittijinda, Ph.D. Vice President for External Affairs, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, lauded the remarkable success of this initiative: "The university is immensely pleased to collaborate with SACICT in significantly elevating Chanthaburi′s reed handicrafts.
