กองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ยกระดับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา สู่ “โค้ชวิศวกรสังคม” ด้วยโครงการอบรมและฝึกปฏิบัติการ “Coach Practitioner” การสร้าง The Coaching เพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมจันทบุรี – กองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Coach Practitioner” สร้างทักษะการโค้ชให้แก่อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เพื่อเป็นแกนนำในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้ก้าวสู่การเป็น “บัณฑิตนักคิด นักสื่อสาร นักประสาน และนักสร้างนวัตกรรมชุมชน” ตามกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมอย่างเต็มศักยภาพ สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั้ง 38 แห่ง ในการสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่ให้เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เอกชัย กิจเกษาเจริญ รองอธิการบดี ด้านกิจการนักศึกษาเปิดเผยว่า โครงการนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในยุคปัจจุบันที่การพัฒนาบุคลากรต้องครอบคลุมทักษะรอบด้าน การพัฒนาอาจารย์ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมและมีทักษะการโค้ชที่แข็งแกร่ง จึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่จะช่วยปลดล็อกศักยภาพนักศึกษาให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปบูรณาการกับการแก้ปัญหาในพื้นที่จริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตลอดระยะเวลา 8 เดือนของการดำเนินงาน เราได้เห็นความร่วมมือที่น่าชื่นชมระหว่างอาจารย์และนักศึกษา ซึ่งส่งผลให้เกิดแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาที่สร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืน โครงการดังกล่าวได้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการพัฒนาอาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมกว่า 40 ท่านให้มีทักษะการโค้ชที่พร้อมสำหรับการเป็นที่ปรึกษาดูแลนักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้เกิดความร่วมมือข้ามศาสตร์ระหว่างคณาจารย์และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน เพื่อร่วมกันวางแผนการลงพื้นที่และใช้เครื่องมือ 5 ชิ้นของกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมเพื่อแก้โจทย์ปัญหาเชิงพื้นที่ ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือความสำเร็จในการสร้างต้นแบบนักศึกษาอาสาสมัครที่สามารถถ่ายทอดกระบวนการได้อย่างชัดเจน เกิดการระดมความคิดและสร้างประสบการณ์จริงในการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ขอเชิญผู้ที่สนใจติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการและร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อชุมชนได้ในโอกาสต่อไปได้ที่เพจ "วิศวกรสังคม มรภ.รำไพพรรณี" <a href="https://www.facebook.com/SocialEngineerRBRU" target="_blank">https://www.facebook.com/SocialEngineerRBRU</a> โดยมหาวิทยาลัยมีความเชื่อมั่นว่า การพัฒนา Soft Skills ให้แก่นักศึกษาผ่านกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมจะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญที่ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนและสร้างการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนให้แก่ประเทศชาติอย่างแท้จริง

Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University Elevates Advisor Roles to ′Social Engineer Coaches′ to Empower Students and Drive Sustainable Local Development Chanthaburi, 5-9 September 2025 – The Student Development Division at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has launched the "Coach Practitioner" training program to equip its academic advisors with advanced coaching skills. This initiative aims to prepare students to become "thinking, communicating, coordinating, and community innovation-building graduates" through the social engineering process. The program aligns with the collective vision of all 38 Rajabhat Universities to create a new generation of empowered individuals who will serve as key drivers of national development. Asst. Prof. Ekachai Kitkasachroen, Ph.D. Vice President for Student Affairs, stated, "This project represents a crucial step in fulfilling our university′s mission. In today′s world, it is essential to develop individuals with a comprehensive set of skills. Equipping our advisors with a deep understanding of the social engineering process and strong coaching skills is fundamental to unlocking our students′ potential, enabling them to integrate knowledge with real-world problem-solving in their local communities. Over the past 8 months, we have witnessed a remarkable collaboration between our faculty and students, leading to creative and sustainable solutions." The program successfully met its core objectives, enhancing the coaching abilities of over 40 participating advisors to effectively mentor and guide students. This has fostered an interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty and local community experts, who have worked together to plan field activities and apply the five-tool social engineering framework to address area-based challenges. The successful outcome is the creation of prototype student volunteers who can clearly articulate and implement this process, inspiring real-world experience and brainstorming with the community.
