สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดกิจกรรม "ธนาคารขยะ" ประจำเดือนกันยายน 2568 ชวนบุคลากรและนักศึกษาแปลงขยะให้เป็นเงิน พร้อมปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ณ บริเวณลานจอดรถ อาคาร 36 หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำขยะเหลือใช้ (ประเภทขยะแห้ง) ร่วม โครงการ ธนาคารขยะ ประจำเดือนกันยายน 2568 เพื่อนำขยะที่เหลือใช้เข้าสู่กระบวนการแปรใช้ใหม่ (Recycle) เช่น ขวดน้ำพลาสติก ขวดแก้ว กระดาษต่าง ๆ ตามสนองนโยบายสำนักงานสีเขียว เพื่อส่งเสริมการคัดแยกขยะอย่างถูกวิธี นำขยะแห้งที่ใช้แล้ว อาทิ ขวดพลาสติก, ขวดแก้ว และกระดาษต่างๆ เข้าสู่กระบวนการรีไซเคิลอย่างครบวงจร ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย "สำนักงานสีเขียว" ของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ที่ได้รับคำชื่นชมในฐานะต้นแบบด้านการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม
โดยในครั้งนี้ สำนักงานอธิการบดีได้ขยายผลแคมเปญ "แค่พกแก้วก็เฟี้ยวได้" ให้ครอบคลุมทั่วทั้งมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อส่งเสริมการลดใช้แก้วพลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวทิ้ง (single-use) โดยบุคลากรสามารถนำแก้วส่วนตัวมาเติมเครื่องดื่มได้ฟรีที่ จุดรับซื้อขยะ ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของมาตรการส่งเสริมสำนักงานสีเขียว
นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมยังมุ่งให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการ คัดแยกขยะ อย่างถูกต้อง และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมผ่านการซื้อขายขยะและสะสมแต้มบน แอปพลิเคชัน "คุ้มค่า" ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวนมาก นับเป็นการขยายผลเชิงรุกที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของมหาวิทยาลัย
โครงการดังกล่าว ยังเป็นการสร้างรายได้เสริม ช่วยเพิ่มรายได้และส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนภายในชุมชน ลดขยะ ลดมลพิษ ผ่านการคัดแยกและนำขยะไปรีไซเคิล อีกทั้งเป็นการปลูกจิตสำนึกรักษ์โลก ให้ทุกคนเห็นคุณค่าของขยะและสร้างนิสัยการจัดการขยะอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ และเป็นการสะสมคาร์บอนเครดิต ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับคาร์บอนเครดิต ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางในการสร้างรายได้ และมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหาภาวะโลกร้อน นอกจากนี้ในบริเวณกิจกรรม ยังมีการรณรงค์ให้ลดการใช้แก้วพลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวทิ้ง เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการลดภาระด้านขยะพลาสติก และช่วยลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะยาว

During the event, there was also a strong campaign to reduce the use of single-use plastic cups, further alleviating the burden of plastic waste and its long-term environmental impact.
