<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จังหวัดจันทบุรี แสดงศักยภาพความพร้อมเข้าร่วม โครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น โครงการระดับชาติที่มุ่งผลิตครูรุ่นใหม่กลับไปพัฒนาท้องถิ่นบ้านเกิด โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) ซึ่งมีกำหนดลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม เพื่อร่วมผลักดันรำไพพรรณีให้เป็นสถาบันต้นแบบในการผลิตครูเพื่อถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>วันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2568 ที่ห้องประชุมชั้น 8 อาคารคณะครุศาสตร์ (อาคาร 39) ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ให้การต้อนรับ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา ในการร่วมหารือและตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัย สำหรับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมเป็นผลิตบัณฑิตและพัฒนาครู ตามโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น ซึ่งจะเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการนำเสนอความโดดเด่นของรำไพพรรณี ทั้งในด้านศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ ระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ และเครือข่ายโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>โครงการดังกล่าว นับเป็นโครงการสำคัญที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือของหลายหน่วยงานหลัก ได้แก่ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ, กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม, สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) และกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนครูในพื้นที่ห่างไกล และเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนที่มีข้อจำกัดทางการเงินได้เข้าศึกษาในคณะครุศาสตร์หรือศึกษาศาสตร์ เพื่อกลับไปเป็นครูในบ้านเกิดของตนเอง</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในฐานะสถาบันที่มีพันธกิจ “เพื่อท้องถิ่น” ได้แสดงเจตนารมณ์อย่างชัดเจนในการร่วมผลิตและพัฒนาครูที่มีคุณภาพ มีจิตสำนึกความเป็นครู และพร้อมอุทิศตนเพื่อการศึกษาของชุมชนท้องถิ่น คณะครุศาสตร์ ม.ราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้จัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการเพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นสถาบันผลิตและพัฒนาครูในโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 และได้ยื่นเอกสารต่อ กสศ. อย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 5 ตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรมโนโวเทล กรุงเทพฯ</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีเชื่อมั่นว่า ครูบ้านเกิด คือกำลังสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาไทยอย่างยั่งยืน และพร้อมก้าวสู่การเป็นสถาบันต้นแบบในการผลิตครูเพื่อถิ่น ด้วยหัวใจของความรัก ความเข้าใจ และความผูกพันกับท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง</p>
<p>CHANTABURI, THAILAND – October 10, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), Chanthaburi, showcased its full readiness to join the Local Heart Teacher Project , a critical national initiative dedicated to producing high-quality new teachers to develop their hometowns. The visit by delegates from the Equitable Education Fund (EQF/GSO) underscores RBRU’s potential, positioning it as a leading source of knowledge and innovation committed to sustainable local development and a model institution for locally focused teacher production.</p><p><br></p><p>On October 10, 2025, at the 8th-floor conference room of the Faculty of Education Building (Building 39), Assistant Professor Waikoon Thongaram, President of RBRU, along with the executive board, officially welcomed experts from the Equitable Education Fund (EQF). The meeting focused on discussing and inspecting the university′s operations for its potential selection as an institution to produce and develop teachers under the "Local Heart Teacher Project" for the 2026 academic year.</p><p><br></p><p>This visit was a key platform for RBRU to highlight its distinct advantages: the expertise of its faculty, its robust learning support systems, and its strong network of partner schools across the Eastern region.</p><p><br></p><p>The "Local Heart Teacher Project" is a significant collaborative effort involving major national bodies, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), and the EQF. Its central objectives are to alleviate the shortage of teachers in remote areas and provide opportunities for financially disadvantaged students to study Education or Liberal Arts and return to teach in their places of birth.</p><p><br></p><p>The Faculty of Education at RBRU formally submitted its project proposal to the EQF on October 5, demonstrating its clear intention to participate. In its core mission "for the local area," RBRU has explicitly declared its dedication to producing and developing quality teachers who possess a profound sense of teaching and a readiness to devote themselves to local community education.</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University believes that the "hometown teacher" is a crucial force in sustainably raising the quality of Thai education.
