<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ลุยยุทธศาสตร์ยกระดับการศึกษา “ปั้นพี่เลี้ยงวิศวกรสังคม” ขับเคลื่อน Soft Skills นักศึกษาใหม่ เพื่อสร้างกลไกที่ยั่งยืนให้ผู้นำนักศึกษาสามารถขยายผลการขับเคลื่อนงานวิศวกรสังคมในแต่ละคณะ</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เปิดฉากโครงการสำคัญเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาตามยุทธศาสตร์ โดยการจัดโครงการอบรมและฝึกปฏิบัติการ "สร้างพี่เลี้ยงวิศวกรสังคม Mentor mind" ระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 9 พฤศจิกายน 2568 มุ่งเน้นการ Up Skills ผู้นำนักศึกษาให้เป็นกลไกหลักในการพัฒนาทักษะ Soft Skills และคุณลักษณะ 4 ประการตามพระราโชบายในกลุ่มนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรียนันท์ สิทธิจินดาร์ รองอธิการบดี ด้านกิจการพิเศษ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ซึ่งสะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ที่ใช้กระบวนการ "วิศวกรสังคม" เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักศึกษา</p><p><br></p><p>นายกฤษณะพงศ์ สุวรรณโชติ ผู้กล่าวรายงานในพิธีเปิด ระบุว่า จากตัวชี้วัดที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดให้มีการพัฒนาทักษะ Soft Skills แก่นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 กองพัฒนานักศึกษาจึงเล็งเห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการ "สร้างพี่เลี้ยง (Mentor)" หรือพี่เลี้ยงวิศวกรสังคมจำนวน 100 คน จากทุกคณะ เพื่อเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนา Soft Skills อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง โดยผู้นำนักศึกษาเหล่านี้จะได้รับการอบรมและฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้ "เครื่องมือ 5 ชิ้น" ของกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมอย่างเข้มข้น</p><p><br></p><p>“โครงการนี้ไม่เพียงแต่สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมอย่างถูกต้องเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการฝึกทักษะการถ่ายทอด ซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง” นายกฤษณะพงศ์ กล่าว “เป้าหมายหลักคือการสร้างกลไกที่ยั่งยืนให้ผู้นำนักศึกษาสามารถขยายผลการขับเคลื่อนงานวิศวกรสังคมในแต่ละคณะ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่านักศึกษาใหม่ทุกคนจะได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ”</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้นำนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมจะถูกทดสอบผ่านกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีความหลากหลาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมไปสู่การฝึกอบรมนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ได้จริงตามเป้าหมายของ Student Based Outcome ที่กำหนดไว้</p><p><br></p><p>ความสำเร็จของโครงการนี้จะส่งผลให้ มรรพ. มีบุคลากรนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการรับรอง (Certified Mentor) และพร้อมเป็นแกนนำในการพัฒนาเพื่อนนักศึกษาในวงกว้าง ซึ่งเป็นการเสริมสร้างกลไกภายในที่แข็งแกร่งในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณลักษณะครบถ้วนตามความต้องการของสังคมและตลาดแรงงาน</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has launched a key initiative to enhance educational quality by organizing the "Social Engineer Mentor Mind" Training Program. Held from Nov. 7-9, 2025, the program aims to upskill 100 student leaders, transforming them into "Social Engineer Mentors" who will drive the development of essential soft skills among incoming first-year students.</p><p><br></p><p>Asst. Prof. Preeyanan Sittijinda, Ph.D. Vice President for External Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony, underscoring the university’s commitment to utilizing the “Social Engineer” process as a vital mechanism for developing professional competencies and the four attributes stipulated in the Royal Policy.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Kritsanapong Suwannachot, reporting on the program’s objectives, highlighted the necessity of creating a robust mentorship system. The university’s metrics require structured soft skills development for freshmen. Therefore, the Division of Student Development identified the need to certify 100 student leaders from all faculties as Social Engineer Mentors. These certified mentors will become the key mechanism for continuous and systematic soft skills transfer.</p><p><br></p><p>The program focuses on intensive learning and practical training, ensuring student leaders are proficient in the "five tools" of the Social Engineer process.</p><p><br></p><p>“This project establishes not only the correct knowledge of the Social Engineer process but also develops crucial knowledge transfer skills,” Mr. Kritsanapong stated. “The main objective is to create a sustainable mechanism where student leaders can cascade the Social Engineer efforts within their faculties, ensuring every new student effectively develops teamwork skills.”</p><p><br></p><p>Participating student leaders will undergo testing across diverse target groups to certify their ability to effectively transmit the Social Engineer principles during first-year student training, aligning with specified Student-Based Outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>The program′s success is set to produce a certified cohort of student mentors ready to lead peer development. This solid internal mechanism strengthens RBRU’s commitment to producing graduates who meet the comprehensive competency requirements of both society and the job market.</p>
