<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี (มรภ.รำไพพรรณี) ประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และแนวทางการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยของ ผู้สมัครอธิการบดีทั้ง 6 ราย ตามข้อกำหนดของข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยบรรยากาศของการนำเสนอเป็นไปอย่างเปิดเผย โปร่งใส และได้รับความสนใจจากบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นจำนวนมาก</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดเวทีครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามข้อ 17 (3) ของข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พ.ศ. 2556 และฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม พ.ศ. 2568 ซึ่งกำหนดให้ผู้สมัครหรือผู้ถูกเสนอชื่อที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วน ต้องแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสรรหาอธิการบดีและบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเปิดเผย เพื่อให้เกิดกระบวนการคัดสรรผู้นำที่มีศักยภาพสูงสุดในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กร</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้สมัครอธิการบดีที่เข้าร่วมนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในครั้งนี้มีทั้งสิ้น 6 ท่าน ได้แก่</p><p><br></p><p>1. รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชาญชัย สุขสุวรรณ์</p><p><br></p><p>2. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.โชติ เนืองนันท์</p><p><br></p><p>3. รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ทรงศักดิ์ มิ่มกระโทก</p><p><br></p><p>4. รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ</p><p><br></p><p>5. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วศิน ยุวนะเตมีย์</p><p><br></p><p>6. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิสิฏฐ์ กิจปรีชา</p><p><br></p><p>โดยแต่ละท่านได้นำเสนอแผนงานที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการเพื่อยกระดับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีให้เป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่สร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในครั้งนี้เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับบุคลากรและภาคีเครือข่าย ว่า มรภ.รำไพพรรณีให้ความสำคัญกับการคัดเลือกผู้นำบนพื้นฐานของความรู้ ความสามารถ และความเข้าใจในบริบทของมหาวิทยาลัยและพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก โดยวิสัยทัศน์และยุทธศาสตร์ที่นำเสนอจะเป็นรากฐานในการขับเคลื่อน มรภ.รำไพพรรณีสู่การเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน และเป็นเสาหลักในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยภายหลังจากการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในวันนี้เสร็จสิ้น จะมีการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยในโอกาสต่อไป</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – December 15, 2025 — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) successfully hosted a public presentation of visions, strategies, and management guidelines from the six candidates vying for the university presidency. The event was conducted in an open and transparent atmosphere, drawing significant interest from university personnel.</p><p><br></p><p>The presentation fulfilled the requirement set forth by Section 17 (3) of the RBRU Regulations on Qualifications, Criteria, and Procedures for the Selection of the President B.E. 2556 (2013) and its B.E. 2568 (2025) amendment.
