<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ เดินหน้าสร้างระบบนิเวศสื่อสีขาว จัดอบรมพัฒนาทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและส่งเสริมการเฝ้าระวังสื่อที่ไม่ปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนภาคเหนือ ต่อยอดโครงการสัญจร 5 ภูมิภาค ปีที่ 2 มุ่งเปลี่ยนบทบาทเยาวชนจากผู้รับสื่อสู่ผู้ผลิตสื่อ</p><p>[เชียงราย - 13 มกราคม 2569] – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ (Thai Media Fund) และภาคีเครือข่าย เปิดตัวกิจกรรมอบรมให้ความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและส่งเสริมการเฝ้าระวังสื่อที่ไม่ปลอดภัยและไม่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน ในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ภายใต้โครงการ “สื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์สัญจรสู่การขยายผลการเฝ้าระวังสื่อที่ไม่ปลอดภัยและไม่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน 5 ภูมิภาค ปีที่ 2”</p><p><br></p><p>กิจกรรมนี้สืบเนื่องจากในปัจจุบันสื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการหล่อหลอมค่านิยมและความคิดของเยาวชน ท่ามกลางกระแสข้อมูลข่าวสารที่หลากหลาย ยังมีสื่อจำนวนมากที่ไม่เหมาะสมและอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อเยาวชนหากขาดทักษะการคัดกรอง การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางปัญญา เพื่อให้เด็กและเยาวชนเปลี่ยนบทบาทจากเพียงผู้รับสื่อ มาเป็นผู้ผลิตและผู้เฝ้าระวังสื่อที่มีบทบาทเชิงบวกต่อสังคม</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับการดำเนินงานในปีที่ 2 นี้ เป็นการต่อยอดความสำเร็จเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับระบบนิเวศสื่อปลอดภัย โดยเน้นความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนทั้งระดับนโยบายและระดับพื้นที่ ซึ่งกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการอบรมให้ความรู้และกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริงและเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมในอนาคต</p><p><br></p><p>ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวจะเดินหน้าขยายผลการดำเนินงานให้ครอบคลุมทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายเยาวชนที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและเป็นพลังสำคัญในการสร้างสรรค์โลกสื่อที่ปลอดภัยต่อไป</p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Thai Media Fund and local partners, has launched a training initiative to enhance media literacy and monitoring skills among youth in Northern Thailand. The program is part of the second year of a five-region national roadshow aimed at mitigating the impact of unsafe and unproductive media content.</p><p><br></p><p>The initiative addresses the growing influence of digital technology on the values and behaviors of young people. As digital platforms increasingly shape youth perspectives, the program focuses on building "intellectual immunity," enabling participants to transition from passive media consumers to proactive monitors and creators of socially responsible content.</p><p><br></p><p>Today’s digital landscape, media is a primary factor influencing long-term attitudes and behaviors. By equipping youth with critical screening skills, we are not only protecting them from inappropriate content but also empowering them to contribute positively to the digital ecosystem."</p><p><br></p><p>This second phase of the project focuses on scaling previous successes by strengthening cooperation between policy-level entities and local communities. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with creative workshops designed to yield measurable results, including the establishment of regional monitoring networks that will inform future national media safety policies.</p><p><br></p><p>The project will continue its rollout across Thailand’s five regions to foster a sustainable and safe media environment driven by socially conscious youth.</p>
