<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ออกประกาศแนวปฏิบัติรับศึกเลือกตั้งปี 69 เปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้สมัคร สส. แนะนำตัวอย่างเท่าเทียม เน้นความเป็นกลางทางการเมือง ภายใต้ความสงบเรียบร้อย</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประกาศความพร้อมสนับสนุนกระบวนการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร (สส.) ประจำปี 2569 โดยการเปิดพื้นที่ภายในสถานศึกษาให้ผู้สมัครและพรรคการเมืองเข้าแนะนำตัวและนำเสนอนโยบายอย่างเป็นระบบ ภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์ที่เน้นความเท่าเทียม ความสงบเรียบร้อย และการรักษาความเป็นกลางทางการเมืองเป็นสำคัญ</p><p><br></p><p>ผศ.ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ลงนามในประกาศแนวปฏิบัติการขออนุญาตเข้าแนะนำตัวของผู้สมัคร สส. เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2569 เพื่อรองรับการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปที่จะเกิดขึ้นตามพระราชกฤษฎีกายุบสภาฯ ที่มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2568 โดยมหาวิทยาลัยมีนโยบายส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ทางการเมืองและจัดสรรพื้นที่เพื่อให้ผู้สมัครเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างทั่วถึงและเสมอภาค</p><p><br></p><p>ในการนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อให้กิจกรรมไม่กระทบต่อภารกิจด้านการศึกษา ดังนี้:</p><p><br></p><p>พื้นที่และเวลา: กำหนดให้บริเวณศูนย์อาหารอาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (อาคาร 36) เป็นสถานที่หลักในการแนะนำตัว ระหว่างเวลา 11.30 - 13.30 น. เท่านั้น</p><p><br></p><p>การประชาสัมพันธ์: จัดจุดติดตั้งป้ายหาเสียงเฉพาะบริเวณพื้นที่ใต้ทางเดินมีหลังคา หน้าลานพระพุทธจันทบูรศิริสวัสดิวัตนมงคล โดยกำหนดขนาดป้ายแนวตั้งกว้างไม่เกิน 30 ซม. สูงไม่เกิน 42 ซม. เพื่อความระเบียบเรียบร้อย</p><p><br></p><p>การอำนวยความสะดวก: พรรคการเมืองสามารถส่งทีมผู้ช่วยหาเสียงได้ไม่เกิน 10 คน เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการจราจรภายในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>การเปิดพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและสังคม โดยเป็นการสร้างโอกาสให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรได้รับข้อมูลนโยบายที่รอบด้านเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเลือกตัวแทนอย่างมีคุณภาพ สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่ผลิตบัณฑิตให้เป็นพลเมืองที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและเข้าใจในระบอบประชาธิปไตยอย่างแท้จริง</p>

The initiative emphasizes equal access, public order, and strict political neutrality.</p><p><br></p><p>Following the dissolution of Parliament in December 2025, RBRU President Assistant Professor Waikoon Thongaram signed a formal directive on January 21, 2026, outlining the protocols for candidates and political parties. The policy aims to foster political literacy among students while ensuring that university operations remain undisrupted.</p><p><br></p><p>To maintain institutional order, the university has designated specific logistics for campaigning:</p><p><br></p><p>Designated Area and Time: Campaigning is permitted exclusively at the Food Court of the 60th Anniversary Celebrations Building (Building 36) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.</p><p><br></p><p>Public Relations: Vertical campaign posters (not exceeding 30 cm x 42 cm) may only be displayed at the designated sheltered walkway near the Phra Phuttha Chanthabun Siri Sawat Watthanamongkol plaza.</p><p><br></p><p>Staffing Limits: To prevent traffic congestion and safety hazards, each candidate is restricted to a maximum of 10 campaign assistants on campus.</p><p><br></p><p>This initiative provides students and staff with direct access to diverse policy information, enabling informed decision-making.
