<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดพิธีน้อมรำลึกเนื่องใน "วันราชภัฏ" ประจำปี 2569 ย้อนรอยประวัติศาสตร์นามพระราชทาน "คนของพระราชา" มุ่งเน้นการผลิตบัณฑิตและพัฒนาท้องถิ่นตามรอยเบื้องพระยุคลบาท</p><p><br></p><p>วันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ หอประชุมรำไพพรรณี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในพิธี "วันราชภัฏ" โดยมีคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 โดยกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการถวายราชสักการะหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ การจุดเครื่องทองน้อย และการกล่าวถวายราชสดุดีเพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดี</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของวันนี้ว่า วันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ของทุกปี เป็นวันที่ชาวราชภัฏทั่วประเทศต่างน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานนาม "ราชภัฏ" ซึ่งหมายถึง "คนของพระราชา" ให้แก่วิทยาลัยครูทั่วประเทศเมื่อปี 2535 รวมถึงพระราชทานพระราชลัญจกรประจำพระองค์ให้เป็นตราสัญลักษณ์ประจำสถาบัน การจัดงานในครั้งนี้จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการประกอบพิธีกรรม แต่เป็นการตอกย้ำพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีที่ผ่านมา ได้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่จับต้องได้ผ่านการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้สู่ชุมชน ทั้งการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและการสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก ซึ่งเป็นไปตามจิตวิญญาณของนามพระราชทานที่มุ่งหวังให้มหาวิทยาลัยเป็นที่พึ่งของประชาชนและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาประเทศจากฐานราก</p><p><br></p><p>ทั้งนี้ ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานตลอดหลายทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา จากวิทยาลัยครูสู่สถาบันราชภัฏ และก้าวสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยในปี 2547 ได้พิสูจน์ให้เห็นถึงบทบาทสำคัญในการผลิตทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณียังคงยึดมั่นในการสืบสานพระราชปณิธานด้านการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างสังคมที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนสืบไป</p>

The ceremony featured a royal tribute and a merit-making session to express gratitude for the royal grace bestowed upon the institution.</p><p><br></p><p>The significance of "Rajabhat Day," observed annually on February 14, traces back to 1992 when King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great officially conferred the name "Rajabhat"—meaning "The King’s People"—upon teacher colleges nationwide. His Majesty also granted the royal seal to be used as the official emblem of the institutes, which were later elevated to university status in 2004.</p><p><br></p><p>"This occasion is more than a tradition; it is a reaffirmation of our core mission as a higher education institution dedicated to local development," said Asst. Prof. Waikoon Tongaram. "The name ′Rajabhat′ carries a mandate to serve as a pillar of knowledge for the community.
