<p>รักษาการอธิการบดี ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมคณะ หน่วยงาน ชูนโยบายบริหารงบประมาณ มุ่งยกระดับการศึกษาและขยายความร่วมมือด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีเป็นสถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 จันทบุรี รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานภายใน ประกอบด้วย สำนักงานอธิการบดี, คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์, คณะนิเทศศาสตร์, คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์, คณะวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และสนามกอล์ฟรำไพพรรณี เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าการดำเนินงาน และมอบนโยบายเน้นย้ำเรื่องการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ</p><p><br></p><p>ในการตรวจเยี่ยมคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ อธิการบดีได้รับฟังรายงานแผนการเพิ่มยอดรับนักศึกษาและการขยายอัตรากำลังคณาจารย์ ตามโครงการผลิตบุคลากรพยาบาลศาสตร์ (ระยะที่ 2 ปี 2566 - 2570) ตามนโยบายกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม , แผนส่งคณาจารย์ศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศภายในปี 2572 , เตรียมความพร้อมรับการประเมินเพื่อเปิดสอนหลักสูตรปริญญาโทในปี 2571 , ขยายเครือข่ายกับมูลนิธิฉือจี้ ไต้หวัน รวมถึงประเทศญี่ปุ่น และอินโดนีเซีย</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มีการนำเสนอโมเดล “ความมั่นคงด้านงบประมาณ” โดยมุ่งเน้นการหาจุดคุ้มทุนรายหลักสูตร การเปิดตลาดนักศึกษาต่างชาติ และโครงการ Credit Bank (สะสมหน่วยกิต) สำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมปลาย รวมถึงการใช้ศักยภาพคณาจารย์นอกเหนือจากการสอนเพื่อสร้างรายได้เข้าสู่คณะ</p><p><br></p><p>ทางด้านคณะวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คณบดีได้นำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์การสร้าง “บัณฑิตสมรรถนะสูง” และการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาขับเคลื่อนชุมชนท้องถิ่น โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างนวัตกรรมที่สามารถสร้างรายได้ทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว</p><p><br></p><p>คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ อธิการบดีได้ให้แนวทางนโยบาย One Stop Service เพื่อเพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการบริการนักศึกษาทุกกระบวนการ พร้อมหารือเรื่องการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ภายในคณะให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และการจัดการกองทุนวิจัยเพื่อสนับสนุนคณาจารย์</p><p><br></p><p>ปิดท้ายที่การตรวจเยี่ยม สนามกอล์ฟรำไพพรรณี โดยมีเป้าหมายในการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบสาธารณูปโภคขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวสู่สนามกอล์ฟขนาด 18 หลุมในอนาคต ซึ่งถือเป็นแหล่งรายได้และหน้าตาที่สำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ทำให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพและความพร้อมของแต่ละคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยพร้อมสนับสนุนทุกโครงการที่เน้นความคล่องตัว การจัดหารายได้ด้วยจุดแข็งของตนเอง และการบริหารงบประมาณที่คุ้มค่า เพื่อให้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีเป็นสถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p><div><br></div>

Prof. Porphan Suttivatana, acting president of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, conducted an inspection of several academic faculties and university units to streamline budget management and enhance operational efficiency. The visit covered the Office of the President, the Faculty of Nursing, the Faculty of Communication Arts, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, and the Rambhai Barni Golf Course.</p><p><br></p><p>At the Faculty of Nursing, Suttivatana reviewed the second phase of the nursing personnel production project (2023-2027), an initiative supported by the government to address healthcare staffing needs. The faculty’s roadmap includes a doctoral scholarship program for staff to study abroad by 2029 and preparations for Master’s degree accreditation by 2028. Current international partnerships involve institutions in Taiwan, Japan, and Indonesia to broaden academic exchange.</p><p><br></p><p>The Faculty of Communication Arts presented a "Budget Stability" model, which focuses on curriculum-level break-even analysis and the expansion of "Credit Bank" programs for high school students. This strategy aims to diversify revenue while modernizing teaching formats for international markets. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology outlined a vision to produce "high-performance graduates" by utilizing digital innovation to drive local community development.</p><p><br></p><p>Administrative reforms were also a priority at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, where Suttivatana mandated a "One-Stop Service" policy to improve student service agility. The faculty also discussed optimizing university space for revenue generation and the strategic management of research funds.</p><p><br></p><p>The inspection concluded at the Rambhai Barni Golf Course, where plans were discussed to upgrade utilities and landscape the area for a future expansion to an 18-hole facility.</p><p><br></p><p>"This visit highlights the specific potential and readiness of each faculty," Suttivatana said. "The university is committed to supporting projects that emphasize operational flexibility and financial self-reliance. By leveraging our institutional strengths, we ensure that Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University remains a primary driver for sustainable local development."</p><p><br></p><p>This initiative serves as a practical application of the university’s vision to integrate efficient resource management with academic excellence.
